Kelly A. Goad's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Goad was my doctor for 8 years and for all three pregnancies. I had three very different pregnancies/deliveries, and she was the best support through each one. She went above and beyond in more ways than I can list on here. I am so thankful that she was my doctor through all three pregnancies. Now that we've moved out of state, I have been unable to find a doctor that compares to her! I miss her dearly and know that all of her patients are blessed to have her!

Dr Kelly Goad is an excellent doctor. I changed my Gyn at 20weeks of my pregnancy. I did not have complains with my first doctor but I hated her office staff. However, when I started seeing Dr. Goad, there was a huge difference in care provided! Dr. Goad listens to you and explains what is being done and why. She is not a know it all, I am "God"kind of doctor. She works with the patient and respects the opinion of her patients. I highly recommend Dr Goad

Dr. Goad, hands-down, is the best OB/Gyn I’ve ever been with. She has incredible bed side matter and is extremely sincere. During two unfortunate pregnancies, she helped me through both of them physically and mentally. She made sure to explain every single possible option to me to a point that I was able to completely understand. Each procedure I had, she stood by my side holding my hand to comfort me and I couldn’t be more thankful to have her help me through those difficult times. I highly recommend Dr. Goad to any new/current mothers. She will make your experience amazing.

Dr Goad is an incredible person. She is caring and compassionate about what she does. I have friends and family that have switched to her. Yes her appointments are 10-15 mins, but really? What doctor spends an hour with each patient? She has always been very reassuring and answers all my questions. She has even called me herself to check in. Best doctor I have ever seen and I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Goad was my GYN before I got pregnant, and I never had any complaints. I didn't love going to her, but I really didn't have a big motivation to look elsewhere since well women exams only come once a year...When I got pregnant for the first time, I continued to use Dr. Goad as my OB doctor. My husband and I always felt rushed when she was in the room, and she rarely spent more than 10 minutes with us. But the main reason why I switched doctors is because she was pregnant the entire time during my pregnancy (we ended up only being 2 weeks apart), but she never told me! She never wore telling maternity clothes and kept covered up with a lab coat. She knew that she was due before my due date, and never revealed to me that she would be gone on maternity leave at the end of my pregnancy, and that I would have to find someone new my last few weeks before giving birth! I was appalled that she kept this secret from her patients; I only found out when I received a call from her office saying that she went into labor and my appt that day was with one of her partners. Very unprofessional and cold.

This office is terrible. Left a urine sample they don't know What happened to it had to redo my urine a Week later at another location. Made me go across town to have an ultrasound and guess what never got any of my results back always had to call and wait for a return call. Turns out I had a kidney infection and they told me to have urgent care deal with it! I have never had a Worse experience at an office. A simple visit should have done my ultrasound and urine test but no 3 weeks later still have no idea what is going on! This office sucks so bad and Can't even do simple routine tasks properly. Please go Elsewhere unless you want to babysit them while your health deteriorates

I love Dr. Goad and would recommend her to any woman seeking a new gyno or pre-post natal care. She is a wealth of knowledge and always makes me feel at ease. She gives me more than enough time at each appointment and answers all of my questions. She also makes herself available through Mary, her assistant and whenever I had questions or concerns I got an answer same day or next. The office locations are great and clean. It is rather hard to get an appointment with her at a convenient time for myself but I understand why, everyone else has found out what treasure she is.
