I enjoyed Dr. Han, however I can echo everyone else's experience in that if you need any kind of follow up, medical problems or in my situation the procedure didn't work, you will NEVER be able to speak to anyone other than the 3rd party call center they route you to when you call in. It has been a shocking experience not even being able to talk to a front desk person, a PA or Dr. Han himself even though my procedure did not work. His office is 30 miles from my house but I think showing up in to the office is the only way I can speak to someone.

My husband has been bleeding for almost 3 weeks now. Madison, from Dr. Hans staff tried to help, but Dr. Han could care less. No contact with him. They set an appointment for March 4th. Hope he stop bleeding by then. We are looking for a new urologist.

Took my father there after a hospital stay to get his catheter removed due to a uti. Over the course of the next two weeks they took the catheter out and reinserted it three separate times. Sent him home with no instruction on how to take care or keep it clean. No follow up, only a zoom call which did nothing. Dr was very rushed and did not explain things well. On one visit to get the catheter out again the staff member instructed my 84 year old dad to "stand up and drop his drawers". Very unprofessional! After weeks waiting to get another appt my dad went septic with another uti because of the built up bacteria and wound up back in the hospital. I would avoid this dr and this office at all costs. Very bad experience.

Office is rude and unorganized. Dr. Han was extremely rude and unprofessional. When confronted about him being rude he said I can go to an ER or the Medical Board. Go else where you’ll be happy you did.

Wasted my time with office visits and unnecessary procedure. I was in horrible pain and he couldn’t figure out why. Has no knowledge and bad bed side manner. Wasted two months going to him. Went to another doctor and he figured out in one minute what was wrong and why I was in pain. Beware!

Just finished my annual visit with Dr.Dr. Ken-Ryu Han. I’ve been seeing him almost 3 years. Head in office procedure done 2 1/2 years ago and all is going well. Recommend highly! Thank You Michael Connolly
