This guy is a total hack! He performed a so-called MOHS surgery on my wife's cheek. MOHS is supposed to be a precision, layered removal of cells with least amount of damage. Not with this guy. He latched onto the small tumor with clamps, pulled tight and hacked the area off with scissors. Maximum amount of tissue removed in one quick step. A crater on my wife's face! I was in shock! He then strutted out of the room with hairy chest exposed, gold medallion and ostrich skin cowboy boots with the look of “Next”!

Dr. Juracek performed the removal of a skin cancer on my husband's face. He did a careful excision in small increments, testing each layer as he proceeded, until the entire tumor was removed. The closing was done with great precision, leaving no noticeable scar. I would recommend him to anyone, and wish my daughter could have had his services (she lives in another state).

I wonder about the negative comments on Dr. Juracek. His office was full of patients that think he is great. I had Mohs surgery and reconstruction on my nose and I was worried when I saw the final hole. He is a surgeon as well as a dermatology and I can barely see the scar now. I have sent several friends to him and they also think he is great. I wonder if the patient that complained followed the instructions was a drug user or what because he has an excellent reputation and I cannot recommend him highly enough and I am very picky.

Was diagnosed with Basalcell skin cancer. I was told that I should have Mohs surgery but did not like the original MD I was sent to. Checked around with everyone I could find and Dr. Juracek kept coming up esp. with those happy with their final scar. I had little pain with the procedure and he is an excellent surgeon with great surgery training and it shows. He was a great doctor and highly recommended!

DR. J put in stitches after Mohs surgery on my head that did not hold, resulting in a large 2 diameter hole that was deep and painful and will result in a bald spot. He said it looked fine at a follow up appointment. After seeking a second opinion a staph infection and blood clot were discovered. He never even returned the call from the second opinion DR.. Definitely check with others who have had Mohs for their results. I would not go back to Dr. J.
