Dear Dr Gembala, I have been attempting to get you to sign off on my perscription for insurance coverage with Cigna Insurance, according to your nurses at the Flagstaff office the paper is on your desk and has been there for 3 months, I am running out of my perscription and need some action on this situation . contact me with up date.

I know Gambala from the Fresenius Clinic in Show Low. There I was introduced to patient abuse. The clinic manager told me she pretty much didn't care if I lived or died. He supported her and acted like a total jerk at my next appointment. I don't think any patient should be tried like this.
