THIS OFFICE HAS INCOMPETENT AND INEFFICIENT STAFF. SETUP CHARGED AND INSURANCE BILLED FOR PROCEDURE NOT NECESSARY. NONE IN THAT OFFICE EVER SPOKE, SHOWED ME OR SENT ME A BILL AFTER INSURANCE PAID ZERO FOR WHAT DR. WASTED TIME AND MONEY ON. IT IS 2 YEARS LATER AND RECEIVED NOTICE FROM A COLLECTION AGENCY FOR THIS BILL FROM THAT PROCEDURE OF A STRESS TEST. NO CALLS NO COMMUNICATION NO REGARD FOR THE FACT I WAS A PATIENT IN THAT OFFICE. UNTIL NOW, I HAVE LOCATED A NEW DOCTOR. WILL NOT BE DISREGARDED AND TOLD PAY UP FOR THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM FROM INCOMPETENT OFFICE STAFF. WHO BY THE WAY THE FRONT LADY NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO BE PLEASANT AND NOT SO RUDE AND NASTY TO PATIENTS . ABSOLUTLEY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT THIS OFFICE!

Dr Karnak is very personable. He pays attention to what you're saying to him. He asked pertinent questions and has been an excellent doctor for me.I would refer him to any anyone that was having any kind of heart problems and wanted to be with someone that is going to truly take care of them.

After reading Ms Kessler RN review I totally agree on the professionalism of Doctor Karnik. But, the scheduling department has a lot to be desired. They lack the patient communication skill in reaching out rescheduling appointments and canceled op procedures.

Dr. Karnik is phenomenal, great bedside manner & extremely knowledge. Unfortunately, the arrowhead practice ruins the whole experience & the rating for me. The office is run very poorly with horrible communication from the staff to the patient. Call back times are horrifically slow when the answering service message states you will receive a call back by end of the day. The office even after complaints doesn't seem to care enough to escalate these issues to management to fix them. To say I am disgusted is an understatement! I have been a nurse 23 years and it takes a lot for me to get this upset as I understand how busy specialty practices are, staff treating the patient like you do not care & lack of communication is unprofessional.

I am an ICU nurse working with many doctors in all specialties. Dr. Karnik is the first to arrive and is attentive to managing the care of his patients, always accessible. I would trust him to my family, and there are not many doctors I could say that about. He is caring, and top notch.
