They are very good at filling out information on the computer but not very good at treating, paying attention, and looking into solutions for their patients. I was seen by Dr. Altman. He was unable to see the amount of trouble I was having in finding a solution and genuinely help. He ended up telling me he was not interested in the surgery that I require and literally left it at that. He did not give me a referral to someone else. He just said I don't want to do this surgery for you. He was Extremely disingenuous with me. Just to remind everyone below is the special obligation we entrust our doctors with. The following, REALLY BIG, on the wall in the office would help Dr. Altman and Valley ENT. Hippocratic OATH - By all that I hold highest, I promise my patients competence, integrity, candor, personal commitment to their best interest, compassion, and absolute discretion, and confidentiality within the law. I shall do by my patients as I would be done by; shall obtain consultation whenever I or they desire; shall include them to the extent they wish in all important decisions; and shall minimize suffering whenever a cure cannot be obtained, understanding that a dignified death is an important goal in everyone’s life. I shall try to establish a friendly relationship with my patients and shall accept each one in a nonjudgmental manner, appreciating the validity and worth of different value systems and according to each person a full measure of human dignity. I shall charge only for my professional services and shall not profit financially in any other way as a result of the advice and care I render my patients. I shall provide advice and encouragement for my patients in their efforts to sustain their own health. I shall work with my profession to improve the quality of medical care and to improve the public health, but I shall not let any lesser public or professional consideration interfere with my primary commitment to provide the best and most appropriate care available to each of my patients. To the extent that I live by these precepts, I shall be a worthy physician.

This office does not value your time. My son and I are both seen at this office and have had all together 4 visits with either Dr Hakim or Dr.Altman. Each visits begins with us being left in the waiting room for about 20-45 minutes past our scheduled appointment. During one of the visits the receptionist stated she was surprised I was still in the waiting area and "would check to make sure I wasn't forgotten." When we're finally taken to the exam room, we tend to wait another 15-20 minutes to be seen by the provider. I work full-time and am not particularly fond of an appointment with my outpatient provider taking 2 hours to complete. The parking is also a nightmare due to the medical offices competing with the hospital it shares the campus with for spots. Luckily I'm fully ambulatory, but definitely feel bad for the poor woman I watched hobble a considerable distance from her parking spot to the front door on crutches. Never returning again.

Tried to get information and an appointment. I called 3 times. The first two calls went unanswered and no one ever called back... the 3rd call I made contact with an annoyed scheduler. She said she would get the info for me, and call me back. That was weeks ago and no one has ever called me.

This review is to recognize one special employee of Valley ENT. Her name is Crystal and she is a NA for doctor Shaw. I have so many issues with the office and scheduling and I would search to start my immunotherapy elsewhere if its not for Crystal. She stepped in, accommodate my shoots to my work schedule, she submitted accomodation request to my work on my behalf and she always went so much above and beyond her job description to help me go trough this process. Beside that, she is also the sweatest human and beautiful young lady. She build great report with patients and she connect with patients on human level. She is the one who overturn my negative experience and make me excited every week to go get my alergy shoot , to see her happy face and make my day.

I've been coming to Dr Shah for many years for my severe allergies and always have a pleasant experience. Staff is friendly and her new nurse is great.

I absolutely love Dr. Shah she has helped get my Daughters allergies under control so much it is so appreciated and her M.A. Crystal is awesome she is always so up beat understanding with my daughter and always makes sure she is good to go with her allergy shots every week i am thankful my daughter has such a awesome team thank you.

First it is great to walk in and be acknowledged for your appointment by name without signing in. Now for overall review of experience: I was dealing with allergy issues and chronic seasonal coughing for over 3 years. Finally listen to my dr and saw the ENT Dr Libeling after sinus surgery which helped but still having allergy issues Refered me to Dr Amy Shah. Here is where after testing and starting treatment for the particular allergy symptoms finally relief!!!!!!!! My coughing and drainage is 90% improved. Her Medical assistant Crystal is top notch and very professional explains what we are doing and cares about follow up treatments. They are a great team and love the communication I receive.

Why when I call at 4:10pm the phone recording says the office is closed but I see it open until 5pm on Google maps?

I’ve been a parent of two patients at Valley Ent for about 12 years. I would highly recommend Ent Dr. Hakim and Allergist Dr. Shah. After Azeray left I was worried how my daughter would do with a new MA, Azeray was so loving and a careing MA. She made my daughter feel comfortable and at ease every time she went in for her injection. Since my daughter is very verbal I was worried how she would take to the new MA. Fast forward Krystal has made the transition a smooth one. Definitely leya approved! In such a short amount of time shes made my daughter feel welcomed makes her laugh and always has her bandaids ready (even if the injection site shows no sign of blood). Thank you Krystal!

Very disappointed with my experience as I really enjoyed Dr. Libling as my provider. Do not expect to receive a call back from anyone in this office. I've left several messages for surgery scheduling, my provider through his medical assistant, and the office manager over the span of 2-3 weeks and I've yet to hear from anyone. Patient retention is obviously at the bottom of their list and it shows in the lack of empathy and the inability to return phone calls.
