Rashmi Vaidya's Online Review Report Card

I recently had the privilege of working with Dr. Rashmi Vaidya, as my mother’s breast surgeon, and I am immensely impressed by her professionalism, expertise, and compassion. During the initial consultation with my mother, Dr. Vaidya quickly recognized the severity of her disease and performed an immediate biopsy. She then suggested a comprehensive treatment plan that included chemo, surgery, and radiation. The treatment plan was lengthy, but Dr. Vaidya provided clear explanations at every step, which helped to alleviate our fears and concerns that my Mom and I had. Throughout my mother's chemo therapy, Dr. Vaidya stayed in touch with us and monitored her progress, providing guidance and reassurance as needed. Her dedication to my mother's recovery was truly remarkable, and we felt well-supported throughout the entire process. When it was time for surgery, Dr. Vaidya demonstrated her exceptional surgical skills, and the surgery went very well. She provided clear and concise aftercare instructions, which were incredibly helpful during the recovery process, especially her YouTube videos and motivational conversation with my mother. It helped her do more which was required for my mother’s speedy recovery. In addition to Dr. Vaidya's exceptional care, I was also impressed by the professionalism and approachability of her team. The surgery scheduler, Rose, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing us with appointment times that worked well with our schedule. Her attention to detail and follow-up were greatly appreciated. Dr. Vaidya's medical assistant, Gaby, was equally impressive. She was always approachable and willing to answer any questions we had. Dr. Vaidya's team played an integral part in my mother's treatment journey, and their support was invaluable to us. Overall, I am grateful for Dr. Vaidya's expertise, dedication, and compassionate approach to care. She is an outstanding surgeon who truly cares about her patients' well-being. I would highly recommend Dr. Vaidya to anyone who needs breast surgery. She is a true professional and a valuable asset to the medical community.

I had my second surgery in 2022 with Dr. Rashmi Vaidya, and I must say she is an awesome doctor and surgeon, I give her a 5 star rating. I have no pain after both of them. My first was in Jan 2022, not cancer. My second surgery was on Dec. 20th of 2022, and it was a grade 1 cancer with one lymph node involved. She made one long cut and did her work. In 2015 another doctor took out some lumps that were not cancer and for 6 weeks I was in pain. Hands down Dr. Rashmi Vaidya is a great surgeon.

Dr Vaidya is an extremely skilled surgeon. I had a stage 1 breast cancer tumor. I researched surgeons and had my doctor help me review Dr. Vaidya. Her experience and her fellowship experience confirmed she was the perfect choice for my surgeon. Dr. Vaidya is so pleasant to work with. She listens, informs and educates all along the way. I felt so comfortably knowing she would be as least invasive as possible but make sure to get clear margins and ensure the surgery was a success. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. She is amazing!

Dr. Vaidya and her team were so kind, efficient and helpful with my visit. Every step of the way, things were explained to me in a way I could understand. Dr. Vaidya answered all of my questions and provided me with a plan to move forward. I would highly recommend her and the team at Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers Women's Center in Glendale and Phoenix.

Dr Vaidya made me feel very comfortable on my initial visit. She explained all of my test results and listened to my concerns regarding surgery. I did not feel rushed or pushed into making a decision without knowing all my options. The staff was great at getting me scheduled for surgery and pre-op orders in a timely manner. Dr Vaidya performed the surgery and my recovery is going great. I highly recommend Dr Vaidya and her staff.

Dr. Vaidya and her whole team were amazingly kind and helpful every step of the way. She made very thoughtful recommendations and always took the time to answer all of my questions. I’m a Registered Nurse currently working in the recovery room in one of the valley hospitals. I’ve taken care of many of Dr. Vaidya’s patients. That’s why I chose her specifically when my mom needed surgery because I knew she would be the best choice. Dr. Vaidya is an amazing surgeon and took great care of my mom. She made sure to keep me and my dad updated after the procedure. We still are following up with her and I continue to recommend her to patients and friends.

Dr. Vaidya is a great doctor. She performed my surgery. Very knowledgeable and thorough. She is very sweet and did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend her. Office staff is awesome also.
