Redemption Psychiatry's Online Review Report Card

Many of my visits were paid in full but now they have said I still owe them more money. I keep telling them to correct their mistakes. OBVIOUSLY THEY HAVEN'T.

There was no way to leave a 0 star but if I could I would. Where to begin. I registered and filled out all paperwork X2. Get there and they had lost them. Argued with me that it was my fault. I offered to fill it out again. They found it but had sent me the old forms. Filled out the new forms. Visit 3. Dr disclosed that they had called my daughter's grandmother to discuss her dosage. Her grandmother was dead and had been for a year. We were of course confused. Turned out the 2nd and 3rd visit her records were mixed up with another patient. The Dr either resigned or was fired. The office staff said it was the second. New Dr. first visit was fine. Second visit, my daughter told him about wanting to kill herself. So he told her she needed to be more disciplined and organized. That was it come back in 6 months. She ended up hospitalized and diagnosed with a totally different mental illness. The hospital referred to her records as useless. We have since moved to a different practice and have been absolutely thrilled! My daughter is so much happier and healthier now. I think the biggest shock was that no matter how many times I requested referrals for therapy they were discouraging of it.

Don't have much to say except they are slow and bill insurance companies every 3 months instead of time of visit.

This office was recommended by Phoenix Childrens Hospital. The care and professionalism of the staff is first rate and I couldn't e more pleased with the results and information presented during visits with my son. Excellent facility.

Started out great-but then....My first doctor Dr. Ceyela was great. He left and they placed me with Dr. Rouse. He is so rude and uncaring. When I called to request a new provider, explaining that I did not feel comfortable with Dr. Rouse-the office Manager...who is not a doctor-states she feels I need to stay with Dr. Rouse. If you are in need of this kind of Doctor what I just told you should tell you everything you need to know. They do NOT call back when you call with questions. If you go there....GOOD LUCK

Completely unresponsive. Filled out online for 2x, no respone. Called and left message, no respone.

Not a great place to seek psychiatric care. Their office and staff can be friendly from first impressions, but that's it. They were also hard to get a hold of over the phone. It seemed like a money drain more than about care towards patients. They couldn't accept my private insurance at the time and still needed me to pay the rest of the cost which was not inexpensive. Most of their doctors were all nurse practitioners and still wanted to charge a large amount of money for that.

Dr Rouse has been my psychiatrist for months and he is always amazing. Front staff is always friendly and knows me by name. Also, the girls in back doing blood pressure always have the nicest words to say to me. I love redemption Psychiatry Arrowhead

First visit and 159.00 poorer after seeing Dr Rouse. He is very disrespectful, arrogant and is only interested in your money. I have waited for months to see a doc but didn't have insurance. I still had to pay a huge co-payment. I drove 45 miles rt, talked for 30 mins and paid 159.00 to be talked down to and disrespected. I told him this but he is cold as ice. I want my money back!

I have worked with many clients mutually with Lydia Veratti from this office. I am mental health therapist in the area. I cannot begin to express my satisfaction in working with her. She is dedicated, extremely knowledgeable and very client centered. Thank you Lydia and Redemption.
