Dr. Flick is far and away the very best of the best. We were so very fortunate to find him when we relocated to AZ from NY. We learned more about my husband's kidney disease in one visit than we knew from several years with a very good nephrologist in NY. He is caring, so very smart and has surrounded himself with the most wonderful staff. We are truly blessed to be a part of Arrowhead Dialysis as we were in his practice before PD became a way of life for us. He has never given us bad advice after telling us the options available. I truly believe that my husband is alive and (somewhat) healthy because of Dr. Flick and his staff.

Dr Flick is one of the best Doctor's I have found for his bed side manner, concern of his patients health and their mental state are under his care. He has made a point to visit me while in hospital even when he did not have rounds to other patients. Dr Flick is a Dr that will go that extra mile for you. I have been a patient of Dr. Flick's for several years, he spends as much time with me as I need, great bedside manner and a good sense of humor. One of my most favorite physicians. Worked with me a few months to get my blood pressure stabilized after my PC had tried for a couple of mos.
