I've gone to Dr Phillips 2 times. Both times he's been approachable and easy to talk to about concerns I have had. He explains results well and answers questions. I have not felt like he's rushing me out to get to his next patient. I highly recommend him.

He has been my OB/GYN for almost 30 years. He delivered my son and provided other medical services over that time. He is an excellent and kind, caring doctor. I recommend him to any one!

I'm immensely grateful for having Dr. Phillips as my OBGYN physician. He is everything I would have expected as my OBGYN. The most understanding, caring, and the best educator that I've experienced. Dr. Phillips is a one of a kind OBGYN physician, I know that I made the right choice in choosing him. He is very patient and took his time with me, he wasn't in a rush to leave the room. He made sure to answer all my question with logical sense. He is the best... that's all I can say about him!

The best OBGYN I went to in 15 years, very gentle, professional doctor. Unless other doctors nowadays, he LISTENS and addresses your concerns. The appointment was 100% on time, and I was out in 30 min. The doctor is very intelligent and super nice person, can't say more..Will recommend him to anyone who needs a good care

Dr. Phillips has been my doctor for years, and he even now sees one of my daughter's. He is an amazing and caring doctor and person. If it is a new OB/GYN you are looking for....look no further. He is the one to go with.

Dr. Phillips is an exceptional doctor! He has gone above and beyond with his caring and compassion towards the problematic symptoms I have been having. I have an upcoming Hysterectomy and there is no other Obgyn I would trust more to do the procedure. He makes you feel comfortable and explains things in a way you can understand. He gives you his honest opinion and judgement and doesn't jump into anything major right away! He has tried various other treatments for me before deciding on Hysterectomy. I recommend this doctor to anybody! His years of experience and knowledge is also a plus!

I'm not sure why I gave Dr. Phillips a third chance, but I am wishing I had my 2 hours back now. He was an hour late seeing me, as he was the previous time. He dismissed my symptoms even when I insisted they weren't normal and basically poo-poo'd my request for further testing. I left there bawling and feeling I'd gotten nowhere but lost time at work and with my family. Oh, he also gave my mother the SAME exact advice and RX for a different problem.
