I went to Dr. Mincu with a gradual deteriorating condition that I thought was Covid laziness. Not exercising and going anywhere was putting me in a very decompensated place. After the needed eval an tests she ordered the referrals to the specialists I needed. Found out I needed urgent surgery or I could be paralyzed if I fell. With an HMO this is no easy feat, so I had the operation and am not 100% but so much better, I have a new lease on life! I owe her big time!! She tells me the truth and how my health really is, no sugar coating. I need that in a well trained doctor. I would send anyone to her!!

She has become a person who follows big pharma lies to a tee. Only out to soak health insurance for test not needed. Does not seem to know the side effects of the drugs she prescribes. Thinks you are lying about side effects you are having. yet she is the doctor who came so highly recommended.

She indicated she was in-network with my insurance, but did not have a contract with them. She farmed out her billing to someone else’s practice, which kept sending me bills for the amounts that were her responsibility. Every time I called about this issue, they said they would call back, but never did. For months they sent the same bill, and did not return calls. Eventually they became threatening and harassing over the phone. But they did back down.

Dr. spoke badly about my financial information in front of the whole health staff at Iak Street Health. I cant even imagine how she is even a doctor, she wouldn't even prescribe migraine meds when I was suffering. People like this women should not help and patient especially the elderly.
