Dr Patel reviews my history prior to entering the room. This allows for a concise comprehensive visit. I never feel rushed, and she has a very calming demeaner. Dr. Patel makes recommendations on how to take better care of myself without being condescending. I truly believe Dr. Patel cares about me. My husband sees he as well and, is very impressed. Dr. Patel fills the shoes of my previous PCP whom I adored. Thank you, Dr. Patel!

I started seeing Dr. Patel when I first moved to this area in 2019. Had to start with all of the initial visits of course to set baselines as a new patient. Once this was completed we have been on regular semi-annual, now annual visits. Communication is good. Like any Medical office, there are always front office challenges. I have yet to see any office that does not have some chaos, especially during these times.

She has always been a great listener. She has helped me out immensely with the correct medications and then getting me off those medications. I would highly recommend her.

I've been going to Dr Patel now for about 2 years. He's pretty thorough, it's easy to make appointments and they have a lab adjacent to their office so I don't need to wait for results.

I needed a new primary care provider as my previous Dr. left the practice. I choose to see Dr. Patel, as my yearly exams were due. The receptionist was very polite and welcoming. They had me in the Dr. office in minutes. My appointment was for 9:00 and Dr. Patel was on time. This is a very rare case in my experience to actually be seen on time. Dr. Patel is warm, welcoming and listened to all of my concerns. I felt very comfortable with her and am very pleased with my decision. I needed to get a mammogram and Dexa scan. I was very lucky to have it scheduled that day. 2 days later the office called to tell me all my results were fine. No changes. Thank you Dr. Patel and staff for taking care of me.

The absolute worst communication. Made 3 calls over period of 2 weeks to never have gotten a return call. If you need prescription or refills, do yourself a favor and find a better office that will be professional in their communication.

Dr. Patel is amazing. She is very kind and has a winning bedside manner. She takes the extra time to explain what she is saying and doesn't rush through a visit with you. Furthermore her medical assistant is phenomenal and very detailed. It's like talking to a friend when she rooms you. Very nice front desk staff as well. They greet you with a smile and are always kind and well mannered. Bravo to this amazing physician and all of her staff!!! Love you guys!! ❤
