Simonmed Imaging - Arrowhead's Online Review Report Card

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! GO ELSEWHERE! For two different imaging appointments they screwed up my appointment so many times I had a total of five appointments for my two appointments. First time it was they forgot to schedule the second exam, so I had to come back a different time two weeks later because that was the soonest they had. Then I came back for that one and they still had it wrong and had to get a verbal order. Then I had another test scheduled and they scheduled it at the wrong place so then they had to reschedule it again, etc. then I had to schedule a CTA coronary for my heart, and only one person is able to schedule it and never called me back in three whole weeks of leaving messages. NEVER will I return here to any Simon med!

Didn’t have the best time.CT scan appointment for my Mom who is in a wheelchair and in a lot of pain. Not a caring environment to say the least. Then when we got to the room they asked if my Mom had taken her drink for contrast. Only instructions they had given us was to go there on an empty stomach and to be hydrated. Took time for them to call her surgeon before they proceeded. I’ve been there for myself in years past but this was not good. I went up twice to ask what was going on and told them my Mom was suffering the longer she sat there. Finally someone went back to ask how long it would be. All they said was we would we would be next.

Round two - rescheduled for 02/19 at 3:00 at a different facility.  Received a text message and an email around 1:30 stating "It's almost time for your appointment".  Imagine my surprise when I get there to be told the appointment needs to be rescheduled because their camera is down and has been since morning.  When asked why they didn't call, I was told they did.  Pulled out my cell phone and had a missed call at 10:28 am but no message.  I was supposed to know the missed call was them?  How does that work?  I have now had to leave work early two days for appointments which have not happened.  Who is going to reimburse my wages?  Better question, how is SimonMed allowed to continue to get away with this?

The ct Tech man was very polite and professional. He explained what he was doing and answered questions. The female at front desk of African descent seemed rude. She did Not greet me or acknowledge my presence. She called on another while I just stood there. It wasn't until another person entered til I was helped. In my opinion if you can't greet people and be polite you should Not be dealing with the public.

Marcella was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. My provider had submitted an incorrect request and she worked with me and doctors office on the phone to ensure I could be seen that morning. I am so grateful for everyone’s cooperation at This SimonMed location.

Appointment at 11 AM for dexascan. Waited almost 2 hours. I was told there was only one tech . He was also doing walk in xrays. I sat and waited while people without appointments were served. A ridiculous system. I have used Simon Med for years. Never again.

Giving one star because zero stars is not an option. Had an appointment for an MRI with contrast. An hour before the appointment, received a message saying it had to be rescheduled because it was scheduled for a non-contrast time.  Called  the number that was left in the message and was told the appointment was still set. Went to the appointment only to be told it had to be rescheduled because it was scheduled at the wrong time. When asked why it was scheduled at the wrong time and why I was told that the appointment had not been canceled, was told oh yeah there's lots of problems with scheduling.  The appointment was rescheduled and was given a sheet with the new appointment information. The rescheduled appointment was made  without contrast.  When questioned, was told it really is with contrast. Now I have to request to leave early from work another day and arrange another ride.  No apology or anything. Only was told they know there are problems with scheduling and there's nothing they can do about it.

Front desk didn’t seem to know what they were doing. I had to call my insurance and use my cell for two people at the front desk to get cost taken care of. It took about an hour to do this. The manager came out and it was all secretive. One of them kept rolling her eyes like it was my fault. Rude.
