Staff was pleasant but the building was a dump. Staff says they are getting fresh paint. Woohoo. The entire building needs to be gutted. It doesn’t instill confidence that they invest in their business which was proven when the xray machine had to be repeatedly rebooted. (In an unheated room on a cold morning) I recommend visiting a facility that you are confident buys and maintains the best medical equipment. If their goal is to compete with subpar County, State and Federal facilities then they are right on target.

Both of the receptionists were snotty, and rude and it wasn’t until I gave attitude back at her, that she changed her little attitude. On the other hand, the tech who did my ultrasound and pelvic exam was very nice and made this awkward (for me) encounter very easy. Also, be sure to have either an appointment or an order from your doctor to go because those 2 rude girls seemed to just keep throwing random numbers for the wait time for clients doing walk-ins.

I won't go anywhere but SimonMed! The office staff are So accommodating. Compassionate and professional. The MRI technician was also very accommodating and compassionate as I am Claustrophobic. He explained everything, how long it would take, and he even put my earplugs in because I couldn't. Because of his calm demeanor, Inwas able to go through the regular MRI and notnthe open.The MRI went great and it did; it only took 15 minutes. It is Always a pleasant experience at SiminMed. I have been to the Sun City office. 94th and Thunderbird, and now 54th and Thunderbird. KUDOS to SimonMed 😊💯
