The office was completely confused, setting me up with the wrong dr and then having me rush over to the other office to see Dr. McCauley. Dr. McCauley completely dismissed my pain and current issues. She wouldn't even look at my urine. She told me I did not have a urological issue and told me she could not help me. I told her I was in so much pain and went to ER immediately after the appt. The ER referred me to a kind, caring and seasoned urologist. He found quite a few urological issues. During my cystoscopy he found a retained medical foreign object in my spasming bladder. It is sad Dr. McCauley wouldn't even treat me. It's a shame how a female doctor would treat a mother in pain.

I've never felt so neglected as a patient. You get here and they're always very behind. When you finally see the doctor he doesn't even sit down to talk to you. He's half way out the door after 5 minutes. I had to say "wait I have questions" to get a couple more minutes with him. I've had an infection for 18 days and after taking the medication for a couple days I started having a reaction so I called immediately. I was told to come back in so they could run tests. I had to call out of work to come in and then 3 days later they prescribed the same medication I was having a reaction to. It's a constant game of phone tag and every time I call I tell them to leave a detailed message because I will be at work but each time it's "hi it's ___ from valley urologic please call back." I'm getting no where with them and it's ridiculous.

Dr McCauley and her staff do all they possibly can to meet the needs of their patients. Always kind always helpful, I feel fortunate to be one of her patients.

Took a friend yesterday. She is 77 years of age. She has been battling several issues re: her urinary system for over 5 years. Receptionist was on a phone call, picking her nails, NEVER even looked up. Another woman took my friends paperwork. Dr. Agins was dismissive and condescending to her. Told her to go back to Mayo, because he wouldn't do anything. He said, "Don't tell my manager'. He asked: What do you want me to do? My friend has been septic and almost died from these issues, and he told her that her problem wasn't severe. They did not take a specimen. I am appalled. My friend left the office in tears.

Dr McCauley is great! She did my procedure and she was very patient and did not rush through. She has a great personality and is very professional. I've never had any issue with the staff neither and they are professional as well. They get my recommendation

run- turn around! Don't go here! The reception is the rudest person i ever have seen function in a medical facility. Compassion needs to be given when dealing with those who are elderly or sick. She ripped the head off the man in from of me with clear kidney issues, she ripped my head off for bringing in the disc I was told by the doctor to bring back. I watched her treat an elderly man With no eye contact and raised her voice and yelled at him. She needs to be a prison ward. The doctors truly don't care and just want payment. I still can't believe doctors are referring to this office. FYI they ran late and we sat outside the office for well over 5 minutes after the office hours began. Walking with the devil when you come here. You feel it. They deserve to be shut down and zero stats

mY EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT AND AM GOING BACK

Had the worst experience here. Had my initial appt, was asked to get a CT scan which I did. Went for my follow up appt and was taken directly into a procedure room for a cystoscopy which I was told nothing about. I told the staff I had not been informed anything about having a procedure performed and was taken to another room where the Dr still didn't even mention the CT I had done until I brought it up. Then he said he would look at it. Completely unprofessional and the schedulers are also terrible. I will be looking for a new office. Save yourself the hassle of going here.
