I have seen Doctor Hua for over 2 years, and let me tell you, he is great. Whenever possible I recommend my friends and family, to him for care. He is so friendly and knowledgeable. If you have a problem, you need to see this man.

Dr, Hua has been my urologist for over 13 years he is more like a friend I would trust him with my life. I would recommend him to friends or family he is the best.

Dr. Hua is a skilled physician and surgeon! He's an attentive listener and an effective communicator. And he's also got a great sense of humor! Don't even hesitate...just make that first appointment!

Dr. Hua is the best...patient, compassionate and skilled. He performed a kidney stone procedure on me that went perfectly. I would recommend Dr. Hua to anyone who needs a urologist. The problem is Valley Urologic Associatesm specifically the billing department. Prior to my procedure, the billing manager contacted me to pay my part in advance. She had my procedure date wrong and they billed the wrong insurance even though I had provided the office with my current insurance provided and they had already billed them for an office visit. And the amount I ended up owing was totally incorrect so I was glad I did not pay it over the phone prior to the procedure. When I called to complain and wanted to speak to the billing manager's supervisor, she hung up on me. I did talk to her supervisor later but all she did was blame me and defended the billing manager. No compassion at all, completely the opposite of Dr. Hua. Although I love Dr. Hua, I am done with Valley Urologic Associates.

Dr. Hua was great and took the time to answer all of my questions! I did not have any phone, scheduling, or office issues. I've referred 2 other friends here and they also both had a good experience. As I am referring a 3rd now, It reminded me on to write a review from my easy surgery in March 2019. Fellas, go see Dr. Hua!

Dr Hua is the best. He takes his time explaining the procedure to you. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to go over in detail the procedure. I had a UroLift procedure and he did a wonderful. He is soft spoken but I feel that he cared about me as a person. Great Urologist!

Dr. Hua is a fantastic physician. He is through and communicates well with his patient. Unfortunately..... when you call the office for follow-up, scheduling or questions, you get a long prerecorded message and sit on hold for very long periods of time. When you leave a message, it states that they will return your call within "48 hours". We NEVER got a returned call. I called and held 14 minutes before a live voice finally answered my call.
