I called CTCA for a second opinion they got me right in scheduled me with 4 different doctors an MRI Ultrasound and several blood tests in a matter of 3 weeks. I was very impressed at first and now not so much for I have received NO follow up NO response NO next steps even though they all said they would get back to me a coordinator would contact me etc. I emailed the Radiologist with questions for treatment sent a message through the patient portal and asked for follow up from the patient care facilitator and have gotten nothing. It appears all they want to do is schedule more visits and more tests?

From the entrance to the exit EVERYONE at CTCA is amazing The entire staff is cohesive in treatment all working as one team with one goal CURE NED As my wifes treatment progresses every day finds more positive feedback on the care compassion and personalized treatment of the Drs at CTCA.

My sister is currently being treated at your facility. She has no answers after many tests. One doctor didnt even know why she was scheduled to see him. Shes in constant excruciating pain and her doctor is not getting back to her I was with her when she made one of her calls. You promised you would do the paperwork for her unemploymentdisability and she keeps getting sent to a different doctoroffice and then was told you couldnt do that for her. I believe she is getting the run around. She was promised a care team. I havent heard her tell me what her care team was doing to help her. She felt safe going to you in the beginning she had hope. Now shes scared and hopeless DO SOMETHING

My aunt was told she has a mass that appears cancerous. She was referred here and they were rude and uncaring. Told her to buy a different insurance plan because they couldn’t work with hers. She has Aetna and Medicare. Anyway they didn’t have any sympathy at all. Don’t waste your time here

Dr. Sangal is the worst oncologist I’ve ever had the misfortune to have. If you get stuck with him go somewhere else. I was given hope by a previous oncologist who unfortunately left ctca. So I was left stuck with Dr. Sangal. He doesn’t want to try anything on me and also does not let me speak or ask any questions. It’s obvious he wants to leave the room in a hurry. Doesn’t seem to care at all and I can tell he doesn’t want to be there. I was forced to get another opinion somewhere else. Mayo accepted me with open arms. WORST DOCTOR EVER.

For a million and one reasons I had no confidence in my doctors in Albuquerque. I went on your website just looking and before I knew it a person was chatting with me. The information I got just off thatone conversation let me know I had to come to CTCA in Phoenix. How can I ever thank you enough for all that you have done for me?
