Cigna should be embarrassed to employ a doctor that just hands out referrals and does nothing. Wanted to be seen for a chronic skin disorder that may be infected and the doctor didn't even look at it, had absolutely no concern for it. This is the second time I've been seen by him and he takes a whole minute to check my lungs and heart, the medical assistant spent more time with me checking my bp and weight. Cigna is a joke. Drove around for 40 minutes,Couldn't find the office, called called multiple times to be put on hold multiple times to be told the office was across the street from a gym of which it really wasn't. Got to my appointment 20 minutes late and was told that they had to reschedule. All because their workers are clueless. Missed work for nothing.Cigna is a joke. I made an appointment at this place a month ago and received a reminder call yesterday. Just to get a call from them today 40 minutes before my appointment telling me they don't accept my jobs insurance. A whole month they could of said something. SMH

This is a great location & I received great service from all the staff. Dr. Torres was wonderful. I will definitely return and recommend family and friends. I love the convenience of having a pharmacy in the building. I was in and out very quickly too.

This the most horrible Cigna ever. I went there just to get blood work and was there for 1 hr and 30 minute or more. Everyone had excuses as to why the wait was so long. Everyone passing the buck.
