Recommend stay away due to poor front desk help. Scheduled as new patient. Called to let them know the insurance they had listed for me was incorrect. The two times I called went to voice mail. They returned my call about procedures, but did not return call about incorrect insurance. Arrived for my appointment and suggested I sign waiver and that new patient was $250. Never saw the doctor.

Never waited.... greeted courteously.... friendly. Chairs need to be at higher level for knee replacement and back comfort. Very difficult to sit down and get up! Procedure explained clearly. Ample time for questions. I could refer this practice to anyone.

This man was In My Opinion one of the best in the Metro Phoenix area. He is professional, listens to you gives the straight scoop. Himself and his staff are right on top of everyone. Doctor Moore . June 20, 2023 I had total hip replacement and it went off without a hitch at least on my end. I made sure he had extra work by waiting so long he had to remove scar tissue and bone spurs. Sorry Foc thought I would give you a challenge . Not much of a challenge for a orthopedic surgeon that is at the top of the best of the best, rating would give higher rating if it wasn’t limited to 5

I had my first appointment with Dr Moore today and I can't express enough on how the appointment went. Dr Moore was the 4th orthopedic doc I have seen for my hip and I can finally say I finally found the right doctor. He is a flat out the most professional, knowledgeable, straight shooter I have ever dealt with. Even though I was a 20 year Navy Combat Corpsman and have an in-depth knowledge of what is needed he kept it simple and straight to the point. His office staff Especially the manager Ashley are the best. They were short staffed today and were apologizing for having make me wait like 15 minutes past my appointment including Dr Moore. That is unheard of in the medical environment today. I will have to have my hip replaced and this is the the Doctor that I want doing this. He has outstanding training, knowledge and ability in his field that in my opinion is unparalleled in the Phoenix Metro Area. I just wish I could give them more than 5. Folks check and research your orthopedic doctors for procedure's they do and I can pretty much guarantee that this is the place you will end up at.

Forget about the negative reviews you see, there are still some legit managers. I have tried so many managers and I got scammed until I met Mrs Mariel Ramsey, She's 100% legit and reliable. Dr Moore is an excellent caring surgeon who uses state of the art technology to shorten stays normally one to two days in hospital to out patient surgery. His approaches and robotic assistants get in and out with minimal disruption to muscles and tendons. I had a complete left hip replacement 6 days ago and was walking around the house without cane or walker 4 days later. Not only is it extremely likely that I will recommend him to anyone, but I already have.

Dr Moore and his staff and team are incredible! They are definitely a well oiled machine, and all strive for a common and unified goal! Making sure that their patients and clients get the best education and information and service possible! They all went the extra mile at everything they did for me. From helping me get the right procedures to getting approved by the insurance, and recommending and finding the out sourced test and labs (because we are out of state) to suggestions for accommodations for our stay! They are so professional and kind. And made sure and checked on my recovery through out the weekend and the following Monday so that we could travel home in safety. The whole team and staff that we got to work with were passionate about what they do and take pride in their how they do it! I am grateful for that. Our experience with them was incredible. And my confidence in them is unwavering. Heading back soon to do the other knee! Every patient I met while there for my evaluation to my surgery had the same thoughts and feelings about Dr Moore and his people! And they all have great smiles and know how to laugh!! Thank you Dr Moore staff and team!!!

I would and have been sharing how awesome this procedure has been for me personally. It is very wonderful to NOT have any of the old knee pain I had been experiencing for the last 4 years. Thank you Dr Moore
