I have been handling my prenatal Care here at adelante, in which Katrina Cordova is my provider and I seen another provider Shary Borhan. I have almost 3 weeks in which I have been trying to get signed of an order for my lumbar support and compression socks in which my insurance company covers, they stated they couldn’t sign it off since I haven’t seen a provider recently, so I scheduled an appointment in which I seen Borhan 10/20/2022 and they stated that I didn’t have to see Katrina in order to have my order signed off since I was seeing Borhan the other provider. Now after still having 3 weeks of following with my order and now seeing their other provider they let me know that I still can’t get my order signed off because I haven’t seen Katrina? In which originally that’s not what I was explained apparently she has to verbally communicate with me to see about signing off the order ( what she really means is charge for the visit in order to sign off an order) in which I ALREADY went to be seen by the other provider in the same facility on 10/20/2022. Borhan referred me to another facility and stated she couldn’t sign my order off as well because I established care elsewhere, which is crazy to me because I work in a medical facility myself and that’s NOT the way your supposed to handle care for your patients. If i am still your patient you should be assuming care and signing off my orders until I have established care elsewhere!!! I haven’t established care with another provider face to face, therefore I’m still YOUR patient and should of been signed off on my order as such. Even to get something as simple as your lab results your supposed to do tele-health in which you get billed for which makes no sense to me your not taking my vitals or doing anything else aside from giving me results? I even asked the MA so I can’t have my order signed because I’m not getting billed for a visit even after scheduling a visit on 10/20/2022 and her response was “yea”, she also mentioned for me to go on Amazon to get the items I’m requesting as if my insurance doesn’t cover the order ridiculous!!!

My husband took my 4 year old to get a blood draw at this lab. They were so rude to my husband and had to poke my son 4 times. The phlebotomist asked my husband to hold down my son so they could draw his blood, and he did, the phlebotomist then missed twice, and blamed my husband for not holding my son down hard enough. She called in another nurse to hold my son and proceeded to miss 2 more times, she then started gossiping in the room to the other nurse while trying to draw my sons blood. My husband asked if someone else was able to draw his blood and she said she was the only one there. I get staffing shortages, but if that's the case, every person needs to be trained on how to draw on a child. My son was well hydrated and I understand missing once, but twice, three times and four times is unacceptable. If you can't draw him, calling in another nurse to gossip while you continue to miss is infuriating. Ridiculous, I will never come here again.

Used to be a good practice prior to covid. I don't know if they lost doctors during that or what but it's now impossible to schedule an appointment. Try over the phone, they'll tell you the wrong time and then not see you. Try online, it's booked a month out. Even their other locations are unreasonably booked! Defeats the purpose of a doctor's office. Hope your immune system can hang on that long smh

This office has canceled appts for my husband and I four times in the last month, calling less than 30 minutes before the appt each time and with no offer to reschedule closer than three months out. My husband has been without essential medication for weeks because of their lack of dependability. We’ve moved to a different medical group.

At first they were ok but they are awful the doctor left Dr. Tom Brady left me hanging didn't help me at all put me to another doctor and never called me to set another appt. Even the dental sucks to, whoever they have answering their phones are not!! professionals, I Evan told the girl from the dental place that they have horrible non professional people answering the phones. I got there so early to tell me that I was canceled I drove from Avondale to surprise this was since March never had them call me to set another appt. AWEFUL PLACES to get any health care!!

My experience at Goodyear Adelante was great! Scheduling my appointment was super easy and I loved that I was able to get a virtual appt., which was so helpful since I could not get time off from work. Cheryl Whiting and her medical assistant Raquel were awesome, they both were very kind and caring, I didnt feel rushed at all, like I've felt at other offices, and they answered all my questions. Raquel is the best, she cares alot about her patients and always does everything she can to help them. So I will definitely be returning to Goodyear location for future appointments.

Excellent staff. Wonderful caring. I drive over 1 hour to this location. This staff is excellent. Adelente Healthcare is excellent

I have been a patient with Adelante for almost 4 years. In addition, I was seeing the same doctor as my primary physician until he left in December of 2021. After Doctor Talamo left to work for another health provider, I made 4 appointments for checkups and refills with other doctors at the Goodyear location. Moreover, after waiting weeks for each appointment that I made, the same day of each scheduled visit the staff would call and inform me just a few hours beforehand that they had no doctors available, because they had quit. Now mind you this happened 4 times in a roll again after waiting weeks for each appointment and going weeks without insuline or other medication refills. Lastly, here is the kicker, after posting a review on here regarding my personal experiences, I get a letter from the office manager stating that my behavior is out of line. lol. As professionals, how can staff for any agency or business make changes to correct many issues at hand unless first having the insight to admit a problem exists and taking responsibility to improve the work ethics and patient care within the inner structure of its staff and policies? Congrats Adelante you have failed in all of these aspects. Instead of passing the blame onto others, maybe you should dig deep down into why your doctors are leaving and the current incompetent office manager staff within your walls?

It was a new doctor for me at Adelante and she took the time to go over my meds and my symptoms. She listened and took the time to hear what I had to say.
