DR BOMMAKANTI IS AN AMAZING DR! HE ADDRESSED SEVERAL ISSUES DURING ANNUAL WELL EXAM AND DIDNT HESITATE TO ORDER COMPREHENSIVE TESTING TO ADVOCATE DIAGNOSIS! BEEN GOING TO HIM FOR 2 YEARS- I WONT EVER SWITCH!!

Dr Bommakanti has been my primary care physician for almost two years. He is an excellent doctor who takes the time to listen to your concerns and then makes the appropriate recommendations as needed for either controlling issues or eliminating them. I highly recommend this doctor and office. I have never had any issue with his staff or getting appointments when needed. In addition he uses an online system to schedule appointments, make co-payments, to ask for labs and for medication refills. Also are synopsis of office visits.

I had a total of three appointments here. The first two were okay but not great. You have to make sure you schedule the right appointment, for example if you're going in for a wellness check, make sure it is a wellness check, or else he won't treat anything else. You would have to make another appointment for that. The Doctor seemed professional, however his staff is discourteous. My last "appointment," was scheduled as a same day appointment. First, when I initially, called, the staff informed me that there was no doctor for two weeks, therefore I could not be seen until then. I thought that was very unprofessional as they have two doctors. Second, they ended up calling me and confirmed that the doctor would see me the same day, however I had to get to the office within an hour. At the time I had called, I was at my workplace about 30 miles away, I confirmed the appointment and again asked if the doctor was going to see me, their answer was, "yes!" I make my way there at the time I promised, when I attempt to check in, the staff was at lunch, therefore I waited for an hour. When the staff returned they informed me that the Doctor was not going to see me, that he had changed his mind to come in!!! I was absolutely angry since I had driven 30 miles for no reason and took the time away from work. I left and will never return to this doctor!!! Unprofessional, discourteous, unreliable, and untrustworthy!

I have found Dr. Bommakanti to be a caring and very knowledgable physician. He has taken the time to get to know my medical history and I feel he has my best interests at heart.

Very caring and knowledgeable. He is very patient and answers all my questions. My previous Pcp was always rushed but not him.

Horrible office. I left my wallet in stepfathers car and didn’t have my Id or Medical card with me so they would see me. Even though someone was on the way with it and they would have it before I left. More worried about money then people’s health. ??
