I came in with a referral and needed to get a service provided, preferably, that day. They were not busy although they did have me me make an appointment for later in the week.. I was disappointed as I was prepared to have my testing done on that day. The receptionists were polite although not overly apologetic regarding the situation. They seemed to behave as if I should have known that I could only schedule for a future day and time, versus having the procedure performed that day.Their amenities are very nice and the building, as well as the offices are very clean, modern, and attractive. I will be using their services in the future.

I was scheduled at the Watson facility first. Got there at 8:30am promptly. To which I was told there was already a 2-2 1/2 hour wait. This was just for a simple 2v knee X-ray. I could leave and do errands, I was told, but if my name were to be called and I was not there I’d have to start the wait time all over again. I left of course. My doctor got me an appt time at the Palm Valley facility where they honored my appt. I was in and out if their facility within an hour time. Not to mention I would still be waiting at the Watson facility as I was driving home with X-rays in hand. I will NEVER go there again nor will I ever recommend that place. Palm Valley was prompt, staff was great, techs were amazing and it was very clean!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Waited over an hour 1/2 to get xray they say no appointments for xrays so eventhough I just had major back surgery....I was in pain I waited. They made 3 appointments for xrays while I was sitting there..ugh!! Valley radiology here I come lol!!!
