Fred Mendoza's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Fred is very thoughtful and attentive. He explains the issues and option very well. All the doctors here in Green Valley are very busy. They have to accommodate the overly-anxious (impatient) elderly and do a good job at it. I'm happy to have him as my doctor, and try to make him glad that I am his patient. The staff have always been way more than just courteous to me and my wife also.

This wanabe dr should be run out of town & sent back to the philippines and send his wife back with him !!! these two are a REAL JOKE ! ! ! & SHUT THAT HOTDOG STAND DOWN !!!!!!!!!!!! they get their staff off the street that fell off the potato truck that passed thru town last night!!!!!!!!! A BIG JOKE bunch of dummies !!!!!!!!! the whole pack should be locked up !!!!!!!!!!

My husband has been with Dr. M for 11+ years. Medical staff has always been spotty but my husband liked Dr. M and stayed ....up until now. His medical assistant, who was too busy to check voice mails for 7 hours, told me Dr. M was too busy with other patients to address his request until after 5pm (he's a patient himself and time was critical because my husband was on the east coast and the pharmacy closes), that my husband would not get lime disease from his deer tick bite (how does she know that), no other Dr. in the office could help with calling in an antibiotic (that can't possibly be true) and my husband should go to the ER (pay $100.00 co pay and ER's are not for tick bites). Considering that a message had been left at 8am in the morning and this conversation with the ME was at 3:30pm. Totally unacceptable!!!!

We called in several times when my mom first got Covid he would never call us back wouldn’t prescribe oxygen did absolutely nothing for her. She passed at the hospital

I have tried to obtain a referral for an MRI for lower back pain. I have an implant for sleep apnea and on July 16, the FDA finally approved MRIs for patients such as myself. I tried to contact the office again today during business hours to find out where my referral is. I had to leave a message (which I did) and am still waiting for a call back. I appreciate Dr. Mendoza as my primary, however his front office staff is either short staffed or just plain rude in not returning calls.

Absolutely no care for patients. Only here to fill prescriptions. If you’re actually sick they make you wait indefinitely in your car until the dr can come out to see you. When I asked how much longer it would be, I was told by the staff “if you don’t like it go to urgent care”. Dr finally came out AFTER finishing every other healthy patient for the day. Avoid this office at all cost. Would get better care at urgent care anyways

Dr Mendoza helped me reduce my medications and referred me to several specialist and physical therapy which eliminated my pain. He was supportive while i was dealing with the loss of my husband. He reviewed my lab work every 3 months for the last 3 years. I highly reccommend him as a primary care physician.

Dr Fred is an amazing person who genuinely cares about his patients. I’m lucky to have found him!
