If I could give less than one star I would. I called today to make and appointment to see Dr. Presbrey and was told since I haven't been to the office in 3 years that I was being dropped as a patient. I was told I would have to find a new doctor since I was no longer considered a regular patient. So let me get this straight, I am being kicked to the curb because I am healthy? I am a 55 year old man who now has to find a new doctor here in Kingman where it is extremely hard to find one that is taking new patients. It's a shame that since I haven't paid her enough money over the last 3 years that Dr. Presbrey no longer will see me. How sad!

Dr. Presbrey is the best doctor I have seen period. Her and her staff takes time with you and explains things and answers all your questions. I highly recommend her.

I have personally seen Dr. Presbrey since 2018, She has been nothing but wonderful to me. When my son was born in 2020 I decided to use her as his Family Doctor instead of a pediatrician as the ones in Kingman are not the best. She has been wonderful with him and all of his medical needs. If we need in to see her she tries her best to see him as soon as possible. She does not let other patients or parents get away with using her office for anything she doesn't feel is ethical. Thank you!

Dr Presbrey first saw me at one of the worst times in my life. I had a spinal injury that caused me immeasurable pain. She actually prioritized my suffering over finishing our initial appointment and rescheduled for a later date. Since then I have come to see her as an amazing doctor. She's the kind of doctor who will tell you what you need to hear vs what you want to hear. I respect that immensely. Plus I've always felt heard in her office. Which is a rare thing in this town.

Dr. Presbrey is our family physician, we find her to be; punctual, professional, friendly, plain-spoken (no medical jargon). her staff is equally friendly and professional. my wife and i have seen Dr. Presbrey about a half-a-dozen times, over three years, and she has been wonderful every time, even during all the covid related protocols. additionally, several of our neighbors are also patients of Dr. Presbrey, their feelings are the same as ours. Dr. Presbrey is a great family doctor. HIGHLY recommended.

I would never know how good is Dr Presbrey. I've tried to make an appointment for 4 hours and no one has picked the phone or has returned my messages. Even I used 4 phones, at same time, hoping one would be picked up but only "Press 1 now to leave a mesg or continue to hold for next AVAILABLE..." when?? Very disappointed and welcome to Kingman Medical Center 😔😠😡

i have seen Dr. Presbrey twice and she is fantastic. no waiting, on time, easy to talk to, good listener, never rushed me, and very professional. i have friends that i know are also treated by her and feel the same as i do about her care. Dr. Presbrey is excellent. highly recommended.
