Jeremy Kaplan's Online Review Report Card

Best doctor I've worked with since moving to LHC in 2009. No doctor in LHC can come close to being able to compare. I highly recommend this caring & compassionate doctor.

Well was recommended to him not a good experience at all , egnored what told him about stomach pain jumped. to conclusions explaining a situation with a previous Gastroenterologist just cause i didn't agree with a few repeated un needed tests the last Doctor Put me threw and had caused me more medical issues, so he decided basically not to help me at all so ended up in the emergency room cause pain I was having was appendicitis witch could of killed me with amune suppressing medication they had me on due to the high risk of infection not only would I never recommended this Dr but he is straight unethical to point of potential mel practice be careful.. Something seriously wrong with this guy , I don't think he is all there mental or something.

I'm sure Dr Kaplan is an excellent physician but the receptionist are insensitive and arrogant and dodge phone calls and make excuses.First of all this clinic requires a referral even though I have the type of insurance that doesn't require but I still respect the policy .After going to get a referral I had a copy but they needed the copy faxed from my referral site instead of the official copy that was sent to me.This is still acceptable.My referral MD sent a copy a total of 3 times and Dr Kaplans receptionist said they didn't receive.I confirmed the fax number which she said was the correct number.One built in excuse was " sometimes we don't receive faxes from outside sources like Bullhead city" I asked her how could this be when the faxed copies said you received them.There was a silence.I relayed that I would immediately have it sent again and when it said it was received I would immediately call you ( Dr Kaplans receptionist) to confirm this....She delayed for a while and said we still have to çonfirm the insurance ( Blue Cross) before they could let me know anything.....I relayed back that at this juncture I'm just trying to confirm you receive the 3rd confirmed fax received.......The receptionist was rude again and finally said " alright". I called the Physicians office back in Bullhead City immediately and they faxed the referral with labs again to Dr Kaplans office which took about a total of 10 minutes. Just to avoid speculation this wasn't during lunch hour or right at the end of day also.The call placed back at Dr Kaplans office 10 minutes later was picked up by there answering machine.I left a detailed message as they required with name,number etc.I waited the 24 hrs for the return call but ocourse none.

Dr. Kaplan is one of the most even-keeled Doctors I have ever had the pleasure to come into contact with. He is warm, thoughtful and intelligent. And was sincerely concerned with my condition and finding proper treatment.

Dr. Kaplan and his office are wondering people. Even though I am keeping them on their toes with my Crohns. I am that 1% that my body makes anitibodies of the medicine, they have not given up on me .

I have met everyone on Dr Kaplans team and feel very confident that the well-being of thier patients is most important to them! Dr Kaplan does not rush you into unnecessary surgery. I give the highest rating to this group!!!

I have seen Dr. Kaplan twice and find him to be an excellent and caring doctor. he answered all my questions and spent ample time with me. i did not feel rushed in any way. he saw me early and did not keep me waiting. i have been treated by several G.I. doctors and Dr. Kaplan is the best. i strongly recommend Dr. Kaplan.

Dr Kaplan does not care about his patients. He publicly humiliated my daughter in front of staff. No companion How dare him to not only judge unfairly. Called my daughter an alcoholic. Not true. Has he read the hypocritical oath?

I saw Dr Kaplan for abdominal issues. This Dr does not listen to the issues that I had and I'm still experiencing. I now have to see a different Dr cause kaplan does not care about his patients. I do not recommend him. Dont waste your time with this so called Dr.

I can't thank Dr. Kaplan and his team enough. They work so very well together. If you can't find a physician who can't or won't find out what's wrong with you, go see Dr. Kaplan. I have hope today. Thank you all so much.
