Dr. Keiko is my amazing primary care doctor! I have had her for several years! She is an awesome listener and diagnostic wizard. Compassion and empathy are one of her great strengths. She gives you the time you need in your appointment in order to help you as best she can. Truly one of the best doctors I've ever had!

Revised: ironically 1 hr after my review git a call that Dr. Keiko is not comfortable prescibing a common antiflammatory. Meloxican should be a no brainer at a rheumatology office! As someone else said, she’s less willing to do anything that can be pawned off on a specialist more & more. Sad.Good doctor. Incompetent staff.Does no good to have a good doctor if the staff can't ever answer the phone, will never return calls, takes forever to get an appt because of this mostly, doesn't follow through with prescription requests, can't even get blood work orders sent to the lab over & over & over so if you don't leave your appt with order in hand (which is not always possible if Dr. Keiko doesn't have time) or have your appt made before you leave, you're in for a long haul without or very little cooperation. Referral needed? Good luck with that too! You may never hear from anyone so better ask for their contact before you leave too & hopefully it may actually processed.Need a rheumatologist? Forget about that! Why is the office called Kingman Rheumatology then? They cannot keep a regular permanent one. I was referred to theirs & many months later got an appt after filling out a detailed 6 or 8 page questionaire with all my health details, only to have them call me 2 days before the appt to say he won't see me because I need a regular, permanent rheumatologist! WTF? Shoulda took a copy of that all that work I did filling it out because they won't give it back to me. Promised to get me a copy & as per usual, never happened.Now all I want is an anti-inflammatory but because they won't call me back or answer the phone I have to pay big copay to see the pain specialist, who as busy as they are (a million times busier than this office ever will be) I get appts & callbacks promptly.This place is a joke & I've been dealing with this nonstop for one full year now. How on earth do they stay in business & how is Humana even dealing with them?Bigger question is, why doesn't Dr. Keiko go to an office where she can get a little quality support? The ONLY reason I still go there is Dr. Keiko is great about working with me on compounded thyroid meds. Please Dr. Keiko, find your own office!!!

office visit for possible follow-up to specialist concerning radiating pain to rt leg. 3 months and 4 calls later I still have no follow up consult on the x rays taken on that same date (3 months ago) I am a retired medical professional (CT tech) and this is exceptionally poor service.

I love Dr. Keiko! She is very caring and concerned. She takes her time and has been very good about working with me in as natural a way as is possible. I was having to drive to Las Vegas or Flagstaff for so-so help until I found her. I have been her patient for about 5 years or longer. I am now healthy and a completely different person....energy, lost weight, much less pain. She's a gem!

Horrible rude staff and the doctor isn’t that great either. Anytime you ask her about anything health related she acts like she doesn’t know anything and will tell me to ask my specialists. I thought you were a doctor? Why don’t you know anything? The doctor also said she would put in for referrals months ago when I was there and they still haven’t been done. Calling about them gets you no where because the staff will argue with you and do nothing to help. Totally done with this place. If you want quality healthcare I recommend stearing clear of this place.

Dr Keiko is a very caring, patient and smart doctor! I Don't say that lightly. It has been very challenging to find a good doctor in Kingman, AZ that can handle my complicated medical issues.

Dr. Keiko Fakhraie is a great physician and I am very pickie! Trying to get a quick appointment is difficult. The wait can be an hour and is typical of most doctors in Kingman area. She pays attention to detail, is very smart and great bedside manner. I am a very complicated patient and she handles that very well. The only reason I'd change doctors is if she moves away.
