We have been seeing Dr. Lafredo since she moved to Kingman. She has been instrumental in care and diagnoses of bowel issues in one of my children and ADHD in the other. She and her staff are attentive and caring. Sometimes it is difficult to get in, but by being persistent (and polite simultaneously!) we've gotten in in less than a month for anything.

Absolutely LOVE Dr. Lafredo! She is the absolute BEST pedi my son has ever had spanning 3 states (Hawaii, Nevada and here, AZ)! She truly listens to me and my son and is never in a rush and takes a lot of time being very thorough. We just love her and couldn't be more pleased!

I was hoping to set an appointment but was told wouldnt be able to be seen probablyFor a couple of weeks than where i said i need somewhere when my daughter can be seen as needed. Than the rep replied we have three providers but requested north country health office .when my daughter is a patient at there facility. Receptionist is hopless at setting appointments sucks becauae i was excited to change to this provider but the rep killed it.

Can't get in touch with them and they don't call back when you leave a message. Also, they don't always seem like they know what their talking about. I am fed up with this place. I had an appointment I needed to cancel and am unable to reach anyone to do so. Do I really need to go in to be able to get anything handled? Guess so. I like Dr. LaFredo but I am done with her office staff!!

All three of my children are seen bye an have been seen bye Doctor Lafredo since 2006 she is the best she has always went out of her way to make sure my concerns. Are taken care of. She takes time to talk with you an figure out what. Is going on with my children. Weather it be medical,Behavioral or just being a concerned parent shes the best....
