Mark Davis's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Davis and his staff are very competent and caring. Dr. Davis listened to my concerns and did not give the impression that he was in a hurry to see other patients during my appointment. I am doing so well and have no pain after my procedure. Don't waste your time with anyone else. He is the best orthopaedic surgeon in town.

I had a total hip replacement January 7th by Dr Davis, Kylie and his wonderful team at KRMC and have nothing but praise for the entire experience. (Pre op and post op were great) I went home the same day, a week later was doing physical therapy and made excellent progress. At 3 months I was back hiking and swimming laps! Kylie was great and encouraging on my follow-up visits. Planning on walking a 5K May 7th! Thank you Dr Davis and team. Linda (age 75)

From the moment I was accepted for a total hip surgery with Dr. Mark Davis and his team, I knew I made the best choice. All my necessary appts were scheduled that day. Physicals, blood tests, blood typing and Covid testing appts with a folder containing maps and appt times.Surgery morning, pre-op nurses made me comfortable and checked and rechecked everything for my comfort and safety during surgery. Surgery was over in about 1 1/2 hours and I spent 4 hours in post-op.My pain level was checked often as well as my vitals. My husband was allowed to visit.Some of the folks responsible for the excellent care I received before, during and after surgery are Carlos, Bailey, Shilo, Kaylee, nurses Vicky, Lissett and Ben. Of course the surgical team, I didn’t really meet.I was up and walking that day and I haven’t look back. I have nothing but immense gratitude for all of you.Cheryl Westdal

This doctor had a BAD temper with us when we questioned him! He lashed out at my wife angrily and unprofessionally when we did not agree to a pre-scheduled induction and C-section. There was no medical reason for it. We should have read the other reviews first. He was OK for all the other care up until this issue. But the minute we said we did not want her to be induced / scheduled for a C-section because there was no reason for it medically, he raised his voice, got really cold and curt, and walked out of the room in a huff.

since merging with "Tampa family center" this office has gone to Sh*t to say the least! NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE OR HAVE YOU ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HR!. RECENTLY HAD VISIT AND ITS BEEN A NIGHTMARE TO GET A PRESCRISTION FILL! ITS NOW GOING ON DAY 5 AND THEY STILL HAVENT' SENT IT TO MY LOCAL PHARMACY AFTER ASSURING ME IT WAS SENT! EVERYTIME I CALL ITS A DIFFERENT EXCUSE!

I recently had hip surgery and referred to KRMC Orthopedic. I meet Dr Davis and Kylie and was so happy. I have encouraged family and friends to use KRMC Ortho. Dr Davis and his PA are outstanding Ortho surgeons. I felt confident that my surgery would go as planned.So if you are considering Ortho surgery, please get it done by the experts. If I have other surgeries I will have Doctor Mark Davis.Don't wait to get his opinion, he is usually book several months out.

After several months treatment was very poor. I have been seeking relief for 5 months, and I continue to suffer with pain. Engaging with this team was like smoke and mirrors, and the last time I met with the Dr. it became clear that he nor his staff really cared about the pain suffered.

I could not be more pleased about not only Dr Davis skill but also with the aftercare and follow up after surgery. I can’t wait until next year when I do my right knee.

Dr Davis replaced both my hips each 3 months apart in 2011. I have not had any problems since then. I would recommend him to anyone needing joint replacement. He is an excellent surgeon. Also caring and explains the procedure clearly.
