Sean Myers's Online Review Report Card

Just tried to get a new patient appt with Dr Myers based upon the great reviews and recommendations from people, but sadly his office tells me he is not accepting new patients. Disappointed. (5 stars just because I didn't want to mess up his ratings without having personal interaction.)

They recently discontinued a medication that my husband was taking pre-liver transplant. On my second call to the doctors office to find out why it was discontinued and to get it re-ordered, I was told that they had 72 hours and that my husband was no different than any other patient. Even though they are the ones that made the medication error, they are now telling me that he has to go to the emergency room to get a refill, completely unacceptable, this is not the first time we’ve had problems there. I’m finally filing a report with the AMA, I was told that they have no urgent cases there, every patient is treated exactly the same regardless. And the 72 hours is Bull , I have never had them respond to a message yet within a four month period This is unacceptable, do not go there unless you just have a cold!

Honestly Dr. Myers is the best. He has gone way above and beyond. He has helped my wife and I, especially when I needed an FMLA. I would recommend him to everyone. He’s very honest, very caring, and honestly he’s a cool guy. Kingman is lucky to have him!!

So, I typically don’t do reviews but this guy is awesome! He has saved my health more than once. He cares a lot about the patient and the case, not only that, but his team follows up. I’ve had a lot of health issues lately and Dr. Myers and his team have been there for my family and I. He’s incredibly intelligent and he’s a nice guy. Anyone would be lucky to get him as a doctor and I’m glad he’s my PCP!

DR. SEAN MYERS IS AN EXCELLENT DOCTOR, VERY EASY TO TALK TO, HE TAKES HIS TIME WITH YOU AND I DON'T FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE AT ALL, HE DOESN'T RUSH IN AND OUT.

My father is very sick and when I called today I was talked to very rudely and told that there was NO ONE that could help my father that there was no on call dr also when I asked for the office mgr I was put on hold for over 5 min. and I had to call back 3 times and when I asked to talk to the office mgr. Sierra was rude and not helpful, on last call I got Kristen and she was very rude she told me to take him to the ER and when I said really with covid you want me to expose him and my mother to this? I repeated it back to Sierra and said you want me to take him in to the ER she retracted and said I did not say that. I would not recommend this office to anyone!!!!!! Kindness to sick people speaks VOLUMES and I do not hear VOLUMES with the office staff..... Straight up rudeness
