Medical personnel are wonderful, but waiting for an hour even with an appointment is frustrating

My 1st visit II waited 3 hours the hours. My visit the next day was fairly fairly quick. I suggest People call before they come to try to make an appointment. The care I received was very good led and the staff was pleasant pleasant and helpful at helpful at all times.

Editing review because I booked an appointment and when I checked in 10 min early I waited to go in, once inside i was told my wait time was 30-45 min. I feel like if you have a reserved time, you should honor that. It appears these days no matter what facility you go to you will always have this issue. Why do you give out appointment times if you don't plan to honor them? The place is clean the staff is nice and it's easy to find otherwise.

Thank You for your professional care and concern. I appreciate that you listened to me. I am following my regimen & hopefully will be good as new in about 10 days! I especially love the ease of your online process. One complaint I do have is the long wait time. It would have been nice if I could have waited at home & received a text 15 to 20 minutes before. I wish all doctors offices would use this system! 🙂P.S. sorry if I was a tad grumpy

This urgent care was very efficient and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was very nice and great with my 3 year old.
