I have been there over the years and Ino matter what I'm there for,I go through the whole process just to be told I need to go to the hospital.... everything I had was absolutely treatable by the urgent care...it's almost like they are avoid treating me...I try to use them when it's not quite a emergency....I hate going to the ER for hours for minor things.....my husband went there once and we gave them his insurance card and ID ...he only gotten stitches and we got a bill for $15,000 ..so we 🤙 and was told they didn't have his insurance info...I found it ridiculous that the would charge our insurance... naturally we took care of it but we are still disappointed...

It was very easy to schedule an appointment online. My wife was seen right away. All employees were courteous, caring and friendly.

Rude beyond belief. And really missed something that was really easy to diagnose an resulted in a completely unnecessary surgery. Definitely would get a second opinion after this place.

I was met with a friendly welcome, and helped with billing and making sure all of the information was current. I spent 2 minutes in the waiting room and from there I was taken back to a room and greeted by the NP and treated. The whole process took about 20 minutes! Awesome experience!

I'm not sure why this place has any good reviews. From my experience, it was terrible. Everyone from reception to the "provider" Laurel was unfriendly and had a "don't care" attitude. I told them my son was uncontrollably crying he was so uncomfortable and I was written off for cold symptoms despite his 102 degree fever. No tests were ran. We went to another urgent care immediately following our appointment where our son tested positive for strept throat and was prescribed antibiotics.

Laurel the “provider”, should have her license taken away. She was not attentive and did not do a full examination of our son. She said he might have an ear infection but she wouldn’t prescribe an antibiotic. It’s completely ridiculous. We went to another urgent care and got an actual checkup and our son has strep throat. Laurel completely disregarded all the information we gave her. It’s completely unacceptable and I will be filing formal complaints with anyone and everyone I can on her incompetence. The front desk people were also rude. I would avoid this place like the plague and go down the road to Summit.
