I have phoned Dr. Reagan’s office three times in the last three days and left three messages. The recording assures you that they will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours. I have not received a call back in three days. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! I would definitely recommend trying other orthopedic surgeons in the area before calling this office.

Dr. Reagan helped my son with a sports injury. I cannot say enough about his bedside manner. He is absolutely amazing. So patient with our questions and truly cares about his patients.

Impeccable credentials! Capable and friendly staff, I highly recommend him.I thought I'd be going to the valley for a quality orthopedic surgeon. It turns out that you can build a thriving practice around a ski resort.His staff were able to access our records from the ER visit and present them to Dr. Reagan. He reviewed the records and said because of where the tendon was cut, he felt more comfortable sending me to a hand specialist in Flagstaff. Again, a thriving practice around a ski resort.

My 7 year old broke her elbow and required surgery. I was considering taking her to the valley for treatment. However, then I met Dr. Reagan- he was confident,compassionate, and professional from start to finish. He answered every question I had without doubt or hesitation. Thank you Dr. Reagan for taking care of my little girl as if she were your own!

my daughter went in the show low e.r. approximately two and a half weeks ago. she had and abcess in her lower leg /calf area dr Reagan was called in and performed a surgery to remove the abcess and clean the area . he made an incision 14 inches long and removed the infection and placed her on antibiotics. on nov 29 she had to return to the hospital because the infection returned. two weeks before that dr Reagan said he might have to open it back up and clean it again . on the 29th dr Reagan was on call at the hospital when the p.a. at the hospital contacted him to do the follow up and look at what was going on with his patient he refused to see her stating he was finished with her and to send her somewhere else

He did a wonderful job with my hand, explained everything to me. I completely trusted him from the beginning, and he made me feel really comfortable. He even listen to me when I told him I was having problems with my medicine! I would recommend him to everyone

I injured my knee while in the White Mtns. and my Scottsdale orthopedic surgeon was going on vacation so I would not be able to see him for several weeks. I was able to make an appointment to get into see Dr. Reagan, although the wait time was very bad, He did a fantastic job of evaluating my injury, explaining my options thoroughly, and then treating me. I would highly recommend Dr. ?Reagan!
