Nextcare Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

Went in for back and leg pain and when nurse went to give the doctor chin lu whatever her name is and she was very unprofessional starting well it’s going to hurt after exercising duh…very rude. I know the difference between soreness and something wrong. I will never go back

They never sent my antibiotics over until I had to go the NEXT day to ask them why would they say they sent it over and then not answer the phone when I found out they didn’t, my throat was halfway closed by then, now I have strep throat again and it’s happening all over again and guess what they not answering their phones. Unprofessional

I had an "appointment" set for a COVID test at 1pm, and was advised to sit in my car until they call me. Fine, I can live with that. I sit in my car for a whole hour before I become upset and decide to figure out whats going on. The genius behind the desk said, "oh I just have 3 more patients in front of you." Why did I make an appointment then?Terrible, terrible experience. There is an urgent care on 51st ave and Baseline that is much, much better than this. I tried this one out of convenience, but I will never return back.

I been at this location 3 times, 2 with appointment and 1 with out and all 3 Times been out within 2 hrs wich is pretty good compared to others, The Reception could use a smile, the service is good overall

I came here due to trigger finger of my left ring finger and swelling of my hand. Came here on a Sunday 10/31/21. I walked in and was greeted by the receptionist, she was pleasant and professional. She checked me in and within 15 mins I went back to a room. The nurse or MA was also very pleasant and professional. She was attentive and listened to why I was there. Took my vitals and probably not even 10 mins later the PA Jonathan came in and examined my hand. He was knowledgeable, professional and had a great bedside manner. He told me he could give me a steroid injection and that it should fix the problem. He made it clear that if the trigger finger came back I would have to see a hand orthopedic surgeon as there may be a chronic issue, he provided a couple drs that he knew personally and I appreciated that. He gave me the injection, did his best to make me feel comfortable because it was very unpleasant and painful. I was in and out of their clinic in about an hr. I was pleased w my care and the attention that was given to my medical issue by all of the staff. I will definitely be coming back.

Although it says online that they close at 8 pm and that walkins are welcome, apparently once they “reach capacity” they close. Mind you we showed up before 6:30 pm (1.5 hours before closing) and NO ONE was in the waiting area.And the front office lady with pink highlights was EXTREMELY rude. Hint: do not put unpersonable people with zero customer service to service customers

When filling out the paperwork on my phone it didn't allow me to enter my birthday I had to go back 48 years with their pop up. I HAD TO GO BACK ALMOST 600 TIMES. Extremely annoying.

Kind and nice employees

If you are looking for good customer service and want to feel like someone cares don’t go here because Nextcare does not care! The receptionist are rude and disregarded our need for aide. The manner in which we were spoken to is unacceptable and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will never go here again! All I can say is there are other Urgent cares in the area to go to and my advice is to go to the other ones because anywhere has to be better than this location.
