Worst service of patients I’ve ever experienced in my 43 years alive! They called me to set up an appointment promptly but then hours later someone else from Simon Med called to schedule my appointment because they said I wasn’t scheduled yet. I show up for that appointment and they said I don’t have an appointment. SO I scheduled my appointment for today at 11. Then they had the audacity to ask me to come in at 1:30. I CAN’T, my husband is extremely ill with Acute leukemia and I need a caregiver to leave the house. I asked for a manager and they said he’d call me back… unacceptable!! This was a 15 minute routine mammogram. I don’t need it or want it with SimonMed because they don’t care about the people who pay their bills and feed their families. Disgusting service! Poorly trained staff, I could go on and on about how bad this experience has been!!🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

It was a horrible experience. I was squeezed into the MRI MACHINE, YES THERE AFTER AS I complained I was told by the manager that they had larger machines if I had asked. I stated that the technician never mentioned that to me, and it was stated that they don't for fear of people being upset. I would prefer to be comfortable for an 1/2 hour as opposed to feeling like a sardine. Then also I WAS NOT GIVE EAR PLUGS, I ENDURED THAT HIDEOUS SUPER LOUD KNOCKING AND GRINDING NOISE IN MY EARS. A DAY LATER I STILL HAVE A Headache. HOPE NO ONE ELSE EXPERIENCES THIS. BLAH BLAH BLAH.

The ate and receptionist was great friendly nice conversation and make you feel at ease they tell you exactly what they're doing and what the doctor needs

I’ve had my mammogram done at Simon Med Laveen area, the place was nice and clean. The staff are nice too front and back. I definitely recommend this place.
