Newly relocated from out of state. My search for a new doc was so stressful, then I came across Dr. Yoon, she's amazing and very thorough. Explains things in a way to make you understand. Finds the most cost effective way to go about treatment.

She was my primary doctor when I moved to Arizona for 2 years. She treated me with the utmost respect and wait straight forward with me! She helped bring me from darkness into light! Love her

We were sadden to here that Dr Yoon is not at the clinic anymore, she was and is a wonderful doctor, we wish we knew where she is practicing. but nobody would tell us. Now we have to start all over finding another doctor, which we are not looking forward to.. If you happen to read this review, know that we miss you, you're the best!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Yoon since I moved from California. She is wonderful. She cares, she listens and cares about her patients. She remembered little things we talked about which made me feel special. I hope to be with her for a long time. She has also diagnosed an issue with my thyroid that previous doctors were not able to correct.

My doctor of 15 years retired and I started researching doctors in my area. After reading many bios, I chose Dr. Shin Yoon. Upon meeting her, I felt as if I had known her for many years. She is warm, funny, and professional. She has a way of making you feel at ease and really listens to what you are saying. She will prod you for more information if needed, and she always seems to have my well being in mind in all treatments. In short, let me say this: For the last 20 years or so Doctors have lost their connection with their patients as individuals. Patients have become numbers in a business. Dr. Yoon has reversed all that and really cares about her patients.

Dr. Yoon doesn’t follow through with anything she says she’s going to do. As a PCP she should be managing your healthcare but she’s either too busy or just doesn’t care. Her staff is the worst in history & can’t even call a prescription to the right pharmacy or call you to let you know Dr. Yoon called in sick the day of your appointment so you drive miles out of your way hoping to hear some sort of game plan for your debilitating health situation which has left you unable to walk or use your left side - instead you hear she called in sick (in November) and her next available appointment isn’t until January. This is a joke of an office & unless you want to die, do not use this incompetent & completely useless so-called doctor’s office! SO frustrating! Incompetent & breaches the standard of care on every level!!
