staff was very friendly, provider was very efficient, the service I received was excellent. The wait time was reasonable, I've waited at other clinics for over 2 hours. I will be coming here for my primary care visits.I have to add on Its funny reading these other negative reviews on here, if you can find a clinic that can pop you in and out? let me know ha! this is the only location that can get me in within a week other clinics don't have anything until 3 months out.I hear patient's complain, but yet continue to go there because canyon lands offers most insurances and a sliding fee scale.they complain about signing in on kiosk machines as well, this is 2018 people! almost every clinic/hospital has kiosk machines. I'm 43 and was able to sign in myself.keep up the Good Work Canyon Lands health care!

The office and medical staff were professional kind and caring. We recently went on private insurance (first time) and they took the time to explain the options. The medical care was excellent. We are lucky to have this clinic in a rural area.

My wife and I moved to Mesquite, NV in May of this year. Not only is there a doctor shortage here, the one we've had for the past six months was horrid...took 3 months just to get an appointment. Our Medicare insurance provider last week recommended Canyonlands Healthcare just across the border in Beaver Dam, AZ. The providers there are in-network and we got an appointment within 3 days. Amazing. Our first appointment was yesterday and it was probably about the best experience we've ever had with a primary healthcare provider. We were treated by Dr. Brandon Finlinson (PA-C) and this guy is super; he was able to accomplish in 45 minutes what our Mesquite doctor couldn't accomplish in 6 months. This clinic is a gem and we were fortunate to have discovered it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. You won't be disappointed in the level of care and competence of the entire staff. This is not a bogus post. It is genuine. Thanks for your time.

I have not been to the clinic for 4 years due to a 2 1/2 hour wait last time. I made an appointment a week in advance for today. I was 10 in minutes early to update records. I waited in waiting room for 15 minutes. I was then taken to an exam room where my vitals were taken. The young lady said,"They'll be right with you." There are no magazines in the exam room, no tv, not even a picture on the wall. I waited for an hour and ten minutes. Finally i stepped into the hall and asked how much longer it would be. The young lady went down the hall and came back. She said, "she has two people ahead of you and she's on the phone right now." I told the young lady that I should have known better than to think their service had improved. I told her that I had now been there an hour and half. If she wants to talk on the phone she should do it on her own time not mine." I walked out the door. I would not go back there if I was having a heart attack and they had the only Defibrillator in a 300 mile radius.

I had to wait a month for my dental app. Asked before I made the app if they pulled out wisdom teeth and they said “yes”. Went to my app. Qualified for some “35% off discount “ dentist saw my teeth maybe for 2 minutes . Told me he will refer me to a orthodontics to take out my wisdom tooth because they only take out teeth that are “easy” to take out. Paid 105$ for a waist of my time . Just go to a real dentist somewhere in town like Mesquite or St. George and save ur time and money .

I received excellent treatment from Maranda and the office staff. Glad they are near to where I live.

They had a fire drill during my appointment, very smart. (Dr. Miranda Carlile is the most patient & helpful Dr. I've seen in yrs. She spent 30-45 mins helping me. Thanks Miranda)

This has got to be the worst medical facility I have ever been to, first complaint is they do not listen, second they don't take the time needed to evaluate, third they don't follow up on tests and I could go on and on but I won't because it would be a waste of my time. The sliding scale saves me no money when you charged 55.00 each time you go which in my case was 3 times within a month. Now I'm waiting for approval of medication I should not go with out because they do not follow up prior to leaving for the weekend. All the other negative complaints I also agree with. Can't wait to go elsewhere!! Changes are much needed!!
