Ashley White herself is very friendly and her and her assistant used to be very attentive. Now however the quality of care went from 10 to 0, They now don't return my calls and I needed them to release information about my disability to a para transit service, it's been three months and nothing got done. I now don't recommend Ashley or her assistant Merna. And am now looking for someone else closer to where I live

Terrible service getting in. Not sure if it is her or her assistant Myrna, but they leave you a phone message to schedule an appointment and then you call them at the extension they give you and it goes to voicemail and then Myrna doesn’t return phone call. I literally had to take a 1/2 day off work to go to the office so I could schedule a telephone office visit... this was infuriating to say the least. Especially when it is simply to refill a medication I have been taking for over 5 years. Acting as a gatekeeper isn’t what should happen. Very disappointed.

Ashley has always been very attentive and caring. I've had doctors that just want to write scripts and go to the next Patient but Ashley asks questions to find out how I'm doing. Shes great

Terrible Terrible Terrible staff from the call center to the medical assistant to the provider. They never return calls they just dont care about people.
