After nearly a decade of off and on vertigo I am beyond impressed with the treatment and results from Dr. Kayla! I have gotten so used to just accepting my dizziness as how my body normally was that I didn't think it could be treated, but after the immediate results that my wife had with her vertigo issues, I made an appointment to see if there was help for me. What a difference to be able to do yard work, or bend over to pick something up without the fear of spinning out of control. Thank you so much to the staff at Athletico Marana for your help and professionalism in taking care of this problem. I 100% recommend them for any PT needs you may have.

The physical therapist Kayla, who referred to herself as “doctor”, lectured me like a five-year-old child as if I was lying about what time I was supposed to arrive for my appointment. Reception did not inform me I was expected to arrive a half hour early to fill out paperwork. Regardless, I was apologetic and agreeable to rescheduling for the misunderstanding. However she insisted that she continue the evaluation without offering me any physical therapy. She was patronizing and rude, then after wasting my time, refused care until my PC ordered an unnecessary test related to the inner ear. I received a formal denial for PT from insurance based on this request. My PCP, a medical doctor, confirmed this test was unnecessary. The test request was an attempt to block my care because she believes I’m lying about communication not conveyed to me from reception about what time I was supposed to arrived; she values her time more than my health. She should be fired for how she misconstrued my concerns, minimized my health issues with an inappropriate diagnosis she’s not qualified to give, before rudely dismissing me. I’m reporting Athletico/Kayla to the state medical board and dept of health for interfering with my care.

AthletiCo Physical therapy was amazing. The front desk Adam was knowledgeable and very accommodating for cancellation and rescheduling. Bob the Therapist pushed me to make me walk. All the other therapists work together to make sure you are getting the best care.

We LOVE Athletico Marana!!! Three members of our household have been treated here and we have all been so happy with the results. Kayla and her staff always go the extra mile to help get us the results we need. They’re all so kind and caring. Best care! Best staff! Best results!

Was struggling with a terrible case of vertigo. Kayla was amazing and had me feeling almost back to normal with just one session. Kayla was super knowledgeable about what was going on and how the therapy works. She was very friendly and put me at ease the moment I walked in. I can’t say enough about what a great experience I had. Definitely recommend.

Kayla and the entire staff of Athletico Marana are amazing. Listen, nobody goes to PT because it’s fun - were all sore, hurting or recovering, but Kayla and everyone else is absolutely invested in getting me back to feeling great again, and have a really great balance of making something that I would otherwise dread into a rewarding and challenging way to heal my body. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone!
