Kelly and Tanicia need to be fired

To anyone who reads this: DO NOT GO HERE FOR PSYCHIATRIST.I've had decent interactions with the therapists there. They are usually late when getting on virtual meetings or late replying to emails but I can't really hold that against them as it is a crazy time now. My issues is with the psychiatrist she knowingly put me on a medication I've had horrible interactions with in the past while on two other medications that interact negatively with this new one. I haven't been able to get a hold of her or anyone for that matter. I'm once again experiencing the side effects of the new medications. Karen Modrzejewski had ignored me telling her about the previous interaction I had with this medication. She told me to "just try it" I told her I did not want to go on this medication and she blatantly ignored me. Every single concern I've ever brought up during our appointments was dismissed. This is the last straw. I hope she hasn't done this to any other poor people who are trying to get help for the mental health but given how she acted in my appointment I wouldn't put it past her.

Never call you back counslers just drop you with no work if you call your waiting 30 minets to get threw to be ignoring if there was another mental heath place that took my insurance i would never go back terrible terrible place

Have had two appointments for intake. The first one I missed due to my own internet issues but the second appointment the doctor just never showed up through the tele Heath. I sat for about 20 mins. No one showed I “let the host know I where there” multiple times from the link they sent.... Still nothing. They only let you schedule two appointments with them before you are considering “not showing up” and you can’t schedule anymore you on a “on call” type of thing. The appointments alone take two weeks to get so I’ve been waiting for this appointment for a month now. Can’t imagine how long it is for an on call for an appointment. Oh well on to the next facility with hopefully better outcomes. It’s sad how horrible mental health is here. Someone trying to get help should not have to deal with this. It’s hard enough to seek help. Let alone dealing with doctors who don’t show up or email that they will be late!!!

I started getting help from here in 2006 in the old place when my 14 yr old died riding a bike down Avra valley rd. Have done 2 classes. The only reason I'm on this site is to say hello I'll be calling you soon. Hope Paula and Vick are there :)

I saw a psychiatrist here for anxiety. I was asked why I didnt drink. I was offered antidepressants and when I refused she said she couldn't help me. Really. What a waste of time. What about counseling. All within about 15 minutes. Glad I wasnt self pay. If I could give zero stars I would. Fortunately I found appropriate care elsewhere.

This place is terrible. I have tried them out for multiple years hoping for better results. I saw a number of different people. Therapist do not seem qualified in my opinion. If you can afford to go anywhere else do not go here. Your mental health will not improve.

I don't know why I didn't write a review in the past about this place but I should have to warm others. I didn't get to see a counselor or therapist the entire time I was there. The person prescribing medication pushed antidepressants on me for my anxiety and prescribed such a high dosage I was almost throwing up every day I took it. At one point there was a man asking me medical questions before I was given medication and he was a monster. He set off my panic attacks and I cried to my case manager. I think he was fired after that due to numerous complaints. This location needs to be investigated.

They dropped a new patient for missing three intake appointments and not calling at least 24 hours in advance to cancel them. The patient has a serious physical illness that prevented him from getting to the appointment each time. He also has a mental illness that sometimes makes it extremely difficult to use a telephone or to make it to his appointments. You might want to reconsider seeking treatment at this clinic if you have a serious physical or mental illness illness that might prevent you from making it to your appointments.
