Use caution when selecting where you go regarding your health. I chose poorly by coming here. Although the staff is nice, they are not well put together and knowledgeable. The person who saw me was not even able to finish the consultation because it was too hot outside…printed incomplete information, and misquoted me lab results times. All of these things will could have got immediately by going to a better urgent care. I would recommend avoiding this place, as I will in the future.

I love my Dr RuiWen Peng. She discusses options, takes the time to explain things, and genuinely cares about her patients. I've moved around a lot over the years and had many healthcare providers. She is among the best I have had in many years. I highly recommend her and hope she stays at MHC so I can keep her as my GP. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

So my PCP is next door and I don't know why I think it's a good idea to go here but I do sadly just because of that reason. If I come in to tell you my signs and symptoms and I'm explaining how uncomfortable I am with feeling this way and you tell me just to "drink more water" so you could go back to your lunch really just gives off the I'm going to call my insurance because you didn't even acknowledge what I had to say so I'm disputing this visit vibes. You tell me there isn't anything in my rapid results but yet I'm telling you the unbearable burn I'm feeling not in the area the doctor is trying to tell me where I should be feeling it. OVERALL just don't go here. 0 patient care. At least pretend to care? Oh and to top it off at the end he just leaves the door open. 3 minutes passes and he comes back and goes "you can leave now." Like sir you didn't even look at anything. I could have gone to another urgent care who would at least give me 4 minutes of their time :)

I have been to the Dove Mountain Family practice and Urgent care multiple times and I have always gotten very good care. I am not sure why the negative reviews?!

Horrible service. I hate having to go to several different doctors to find one that actually digs to get to the bottom of a situation instead of “symptom-Google->>pill”. If you want a pill, go here. If you want to fix the issue, save yourself the time and move on to another location.Referrals take weeks. Response below is canned. They don't do anything.

My husband and I both went to this urgent care in dove mountain at separate occasions. My experience was horrific. I was bent over in pain holding in tears as they told me nothing was wrong after only making me pee in a cup. As the dr talked to me, she had food in her mouth and told me to see a different dr. They then locked the door behind me for their lunch break.My husband went in due to having the left side of his face swollen and has had pain for the past few days. Some sort of care or compassion would have at least been appreciated but instead the dr was extremely rude and made it very obvious that her time was wasted. I would suggest getting a new job if you have issues with people coming in to see you for what you signed up for.
