Dr. Rutiaga has been my primary care physician for over two years. She is empathic and compassionate. I never feel rushed and have complete confidence in her and the treatment plans she has for me. She has a calming affect and doesn't make you feel uncomfortable. Very easy to communicate with in person or televists.

We moved here from New York almost 3 years ago, I had been with a few doctors here prior to finding Dr. Rutiaga. I absolutely love her, she is proactive and very matter-of-fact. She addresses all of my concerns, every time. She doesn’t wait to request labs or anything else she thinks are important. I feel very fortunate to have found her.

I have been on hold for over 30 minutes! I asked for a 1 month supply of my meds and you only sent the prescription to Walgreen's for Metformin. What about Lisinopril and Atorvastatin? Fortunately I don't think this is life threatening but between not sending over the prescription and not getting through (starting calling about 3:45; it is now 4:20. Horrible service!!!

I am a new patient of Dr Rutiaga. I found her to be warm, attentive, & knowledgeable. At no time did I feel that I was competing with her laptop for attention.

sorry its a 0 for me. This doctor is not going to get to know a patient by typing up a storm on her laptop except for taking my BP. She needs a crash course in Communications. No eye contact no welcoming comments and... no smile. To make things worse she made me come back to bring my BP monitor to compare with hers they were in sync and big shock I was charged for medical care and a copay I could have done this at Walgreens for $0. big ripoff and more....

The sheer amount of incompetence Rutiaga showcases is stunning. Stares at her computer the whole time dismisses concerns and asks you to come in for an office visit for basic health care needs that Walgreens will do for 0$. I was told she would follow up with me on something the next day and never heard from her or her office again. MHC is great. She is terrible.
