List of Jenitza Serrano-Feliciano's Reviews
I had a nightmare experience with another MHC physician who would not fill prescriptions in a timely manner or respond to phone calls. When I left a message for MHC management, Dr. Serrano-Feliciano reached out and offered to take over as my PCP. She's thoughtful, patient, and thorough and has gone above and beyond to make sure that I get the care I need whenever there have been problems. I am embarrassed to say that I didn't really understand the importance of getting a flu shot since I'm in decent shape and in my late 30s. Dr. Serrano took the time to explain how important it was and I will not miss another. Dr. Serrano became too busy to see me due to her management duties at MHC during the ongoing Covid crisis, but she referred to another very capable physician within MHC.
extremely unprofessional, uncaring, poor quality of care.
I've given Dr. Serrano a one star rating because she ordered tests and didn't tell me about them, or explain why she was doing them. When I found out the test was for an STD I was outraged! The charge for the test was over 250.00! I specifically told her I don't have much money and I am a self pay customer, yet she chose to run this test without giving me the courtesy of being asked to preform the test. Nor was I told why the test was being done. I called to have the charges removed and the health care center wouldn't remove them, even though I was not told about these tests until I got the bill in the mail! They said that even though I should have been told or asked about the test, that I am responsible for covering up Dr. Serrano's mistake. I went in for an eye infection which turned out to be allergies. Because it was allergy related the med's she prescribed didn't work. I feel I need to let other consumers know about this.
She is the best doctor anyone can have. Very professional and caring. She is the best!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
