It has been very difficult to get anyone in the office to answer the phones or return calls. On two occasions I drove to the office to get information I needed and then the receptionist was unfriendly. The waiting area is never busy, so it's not because they are understaffed. Dr. Leano needs to hire a competent staff.

He actually asked questions and listened patiently in an unrushed matter and involved us in the decision making without any pressure or manipulation. We were extremely impressed and delighted to have found him and would definitely recommend Dr. Leano.

I have been waiting for Dr Leano and his medical assistant to fax a prior authorization toll my insurance company for 12 days. There is no excuse for this incompetence.

rude, does not take approriate time with me, also diagnoses my symptoms as viral every time, and says he cant prescribe me any antibiotics, will not being going back to see him.
