Went for our COVID vaccine. Everything ran so smoothly. Our appointments were 240 and 250. We registered got our vaccine waited our 15 minutes and were out of there at 315 Staff was so kind also

After my last visit ill never step foot in any of your facilities again. When your nurse practitioner is reading your MRI results and says "oh my god im sorry" and you look at her waiting for an explanation and she says "they think you have cancer." NOT how you inform someone. Then she turns around and says she'll schedule a biopsy STAT, only to refer me to an orthopedic office so they can turn around and refer me to someone else for the biopsy. So much for stat.

Went for our COVID vaccine. Everything ran so smoothly. Our appointments were 2:40 and 2:50. We registered, got our vaccine, waited our 15 minutes and were out of there at 3:15! Staff was so kind also!

I found a great dentist in Nick Thome at Marana Health Care. I moved to southern Arizona from California and was looking for a new dental provider. The office staff at MHC walked me through every step of applying my Blue Cross insurance to MHC's dental office. My dental records from CA were received and immediately uploaded to my new file at MHC. In my first appointment with Dr. Thome, the most thorough full mouth x-rays I had ever received were taken. Dr. Thome explained to me in detail my risk areas for cavities, and for the first time ever a dentist took the time to give me a home treatment plan that fully addressed my teeth! I have complete confidence that any dental concerns will be addressed completely and competently as I continue with Dr. Thome, hopefully for the rest of my life!

if you have to call, make sure you have a few hours to spare. you'll spend 10 minutes just getting through the menu, then about an hour on hold. And then you'll be lucky if, once you reach a human, they'll actually follow through

Can’t get through on the phones. You need real people to answer and not leave people on hold for more than 20 minutes. I made an appointment for my Mom at the Flowing Wells location for blood work and when we arrived they said they didn’t get any orders from the provider. What a waste of time this place is. Do yourself a favor and find a real health care provider.
