I usually rate my experience here with the doctors at 5 stars. Unfortunately today, I checked in the night before for 8 am sharp. As soon as the doors opened I was there with my two kids. However a walk in was given priority over my online check in. I was forced to wait an extra entire hour with my two toddler aged children. However, I return to this clinic because the doctors are always really great. They do a great job. They seriously need to prioritize online check especially within 15 minutes of eachother. In my case this morning, was checked in exactly the same time but wasn't given priority.

FastMed now owned amd operated by NextCate has taken the 15min average wait time to being an hour and a half plus. So prepare waiting time while property is understaffed. (This is also by signing in ahead of time and reserving a time slot)

Went to get tested last week and waited an hour..on top of that I still havent gotten my test results back and they never answer the phone and I tried going in and everytime I did they were closed due to "low staff" but there was someone at the counter. Just a reminder of why I never come to this one.... Ridiculous!

If I could give zero stars I would. I came in for Covid test for myself and 2 children. I was treated very poorly by the provider Natalia Gaviria-Correa and one do the medical assistants. I informed them I couldn’t wait for the provider any longer. They said she had an emergency with another patient. When I asked for my paperwork I was told I wouldn’t be able to get it until the doctor was done with the emergency which was fine. I then asked for the name of the provider and was given a post with illegible handwriting. I asked for it to be clarified and was told by the medical assistant that I needed to leave. I refused to leave without the name of the provider. The provider then came from the back told me that it was against HIPPA for the medical assistant to provide her name so it could be included in my complaint against her. If you are a person of color go somewhere else.

I started at this Urgent care and have to use them twice. They are fast, kind and respectful. I would highly recommend themWell back a 4th time 10/2019 and just as fast and professional as before!! I absolutely recommend this urgent care I was given a recommendation to go to a new one. Nope I really like this one

If i could give 0 stars i would.Went for covid test. They sent to lab WITHOUT patient ID info on specimen.I waited 2 days to find this out.I have symptoms and am stage 4 cancer. This is critical to me.This borders on medical malpractice and is inexcusable.The best they do is connect me to someone at the desk who shouldnt have to hear it from me.This place should be shut down.

Said they close at 8 and I showed up at 7:30 all the lights were off and they had one person waiting inside while the doors were locked. 5 other people showed up at 7:40 and they said they were closed.
