I'm giving 2 stars, sadly. Just a couple months ago, I gave 5 stars, but after this past weeks mistreatment, its not deserved. My daughter's doctor ordered a very important test and Az Diagnostics messed up everything to do with it, causing an extra 3 day delay, and a lot of stress and unnecessary hours on the phone with them. I called them at 8am to verify the appt for today and their MRI machine was broke in Gilbert, so they canceled her appt!. i beg to get an appt today so we can find out whether my child has a brain tumor or not, and it was their fault the appts were cancelled! If the office hadn't messed up and cancelled our Tuesday appt, none of this would have happened, but I was able to get an appt in MARICOPA for today, although it was 45 miles from my house; and at todays gas prices, it hurt my wallet! I had seen the Gilbert Az Diagnostics give a customer a gas card for having to change his appt from Apache Junction to Gilbert, but they didn't offer that to me today, even though I drove 90 miles to get this MRI through them.The reason it was cancelled Tuesday was a mistake on their side of the system, but they told me it was my drs fault and then that it was my insurances fault, but finally after i had called to chew out the doctors office for not sending notes, Az Diagnostics tell me it was actually their fault! Ive spent 3-4 hours on the phone trying to get this test done this week, and spent a weeks worth of gas money to get it done. No apology, no gas card, no offer to send us somewhere closer....after all their mistakes! I'm flabbergasted that they acted just as bad as S*mon Med does. I cann no longer recommend them to others, not after this week's stressful and expensive hassle!

Front desk staff acknowledged me the minuteI stepped thru the door and are very friendly. My appointment was to be expected for a mamogram. I have visited this facility before and will continue too in the future.

Took longer than expected (between 1.5 to 2.0 hours) to use the MRI against my right foot, which is basically my heel (I'm an amputee).I recall having my entire skull/brain and my entire spine done in about an hour.How does that work? The larger part of my body (brain and spine) taking about an hour versus just the heel of my right foot taking longer than that?

Excellent place for xrays..mri..ultrasound etc! Friendly and knowledgeable staff..appointments on time and very thorough! Such a world of difference from the last imaging place I went to in Maricopa! (Starts with an S!) Thank you AZ Diagnostic Radiology!
