Abrazo Mesa Hospital's Online Review Report Card

0/10 is what I would give the er staff. I was immediately met with rudeness and unprofessionalism. Any questions I had was answered with a raised voice. My nurse also told me she can’t do her job because I was crying. Not that she even asked why I was upset. I proceeded to go back and forth the the nurse who walked out while I was trying to asker her question and did not return. Even at discharge they just said sign this and didn’t go over anything with me. When I did as questions again was talked down too. Literally go to any other hospital in the area. They are all more professional than this place!On top of this they didn’t send in the antibiotics to any pharmacy and when I called back was again met with rudeness. This is the most unprofessional medical establishment I’ve even been in.

Came to this hospital in the middle of the night for heart palpitations. The staff was helpful and comforting. They made the uncomfortable experience less of a stressful one.The nurses were very attentive even though they were short staffed.Easily would return in emergency situation.

I am a patient as of this review and I was in the ER and none of my needs were mt I have a shattered hip and I am wheelchair bound and have other medical problems I had told the nurse that I needed help going to the bathroom and they told me I can do it on my own when I could not they caused me alot of major problems

Came in for huge problem I've had for months and was worse that morning and was there for 5+ hours only for the doctor to come back with no info about the reason I came in. Took the day off I couldn't afford to take off and now will have to pay a huge hospital bill. No one could find my veins which makes some sense but i requested they stop poking me and they did not. Pretty sure that's lawsuit material but just glad I'm out. Still have issue so following up with doctors that are competent. I have never been treated so horribly and I've been there before so i don't know what happened to the staff. Also was told I would get a note and didn't get one. Will never in my life be going to them again. Absolutely livid.

My mother was in so much pain from a scorpion sting that we had to leave Banner Gateway to come here at Abrazo. The staff was so friendly and they acted as quickly as they could and made us feel like everything was going to be ok. I appreciate them so much and for taking great care of my mother.

What a joke. The front desk staff are rude and seem like an inconvenience that you are asking questions. A family member hit there head and wasn’t in the right state of mind and they wouldn’t even let us talk to them. They basically said that they could transfer them if they wanted to to any hospital and that there was nothing we could do. The doctors are jokes as well as the nurse’s. I would not recommend this place to even my worst enemy. Lady at front is just straight up rude and needs training on bedside manners.

Took my granddaughter there a few months ago she had a lunch table drop on her foot it was bruised swollen they put her in bed brought the x-ray machine to her bed she didn't have to walk any where they were jind courteous an cimpassionate ...what they said advuce they gave was perfect it healed like he said an we were thoughtful for going to an e.r.withing minutes being seen an no long waits waiting for a dictor or procedures its was fast an accute THANK U WE NEED MORE COMMUNITY HOSPITALS LIKE YOURS IN EVERYONE NEIGHBORHOODS...

I will never go back. I am extremely sick and they just brushed me off, did not seem like they cared at all. It was not a positive experience, I will personally never go back there.
