Doctor Yanofski is knowledgeable and compassionate. He's always up to the challenges I bring him. Ptosis and ever changing amblyopia from myasthenia gravis, prisms, complex rx, inflammation in my eyelids, itchy dry eyes...and then I'm an artist that needs focus as specific focal lengths. No other place has been up to the task. The entire staff has treated me kindly, explained options, helped me pick out great frames, worked with my insurance to get me the best deals.... Worth the time and money! This place improves the quality of my life.

I can’t say enough positive things about Advanced Eyecare of Arizona. It’s been many years since I’ve had glasses or an exam for that matter. I’ve had my glasses for a little over a month now, and I’m pleased with how they’ve been holding up. The lens quality is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. The opticians guided me towards the best lens possible for me. The doctor answered all of my questions thoroughly. I couldn’t have asked for a better eye exam or glasses selection. The team here doesn’t treat you like a number, but more like a part of the family. Happy I chose Dr. Yanofsky and his team!

My mother is a patient here and I came along as she doesn't speak English. The female who helped her first was very rude to her and confused her with the billing which is why I came along for the next appointment. The female's name was Nevaeh. We then spoke to a woman who clearly explained the invoices and billing and she also explained the female who first helped my mom was not experienced in billing so I'm confused as to why she was allowed to explain anything at all.

I had previously written a one star review for Advanced Eyecare of Arizona. I was not happy with a response I had received about not liking my glasses. Dr. Ben reached out and invited me back, so they could have a chance to make it right. I went back to the office and was treated great by the office staff and my glasses were swapped out and they made sure that everything was 💯 before I left. I want to thank everyone at Advanced Eyecare of Arizona for great customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend them.

I received my glasses two weeks ago. I am unhappy with the glasses. They feel a bit heavy. I emailed Advanced Eyecare with my concerns after the first week and was told to give it time. I tried for another week and was still unhappy. I then went to the business and inquired about changing frames. The manager came out and stated that they were the lightest frames and nothing else would be lighter. I presented a pair of frames that I felt were more comfortable for me and was told that they would be just as heavy. I'm not sure why they didn't offer to change frames, at least just to appease me. No explanation was given if insurance wouldn't cover it or what. If given the opportunity, I would have paid out of pocket. I was told to get used to them, not in exact words. I mow have a $100 pair of glasses that will not be used. Long story short, don't go here if you're looking for customer satisfaction.

The doctor there is amazing. He listens to my problems, and was able to give me a accurate test every time I went there. That is unfortunately the only reason I can give this place 2 stars. I ordered my last pair of glasses in October. It is now December and they still don't have them. I was so frustrated I went to Costco and got new glasses in one week. I also told advanced eye care to just toss the glasses if they ever got them because this is ridiculous. Besides the wait, one of the girls was very unprofessional with my mom when she got her own glasses. Two of the secretaries was arguing with each other, and one of the girls refused to help my mom adjust her glasses properly. Needless to say I am never coming back.

Dr Yanofsky is a good eye Dr and I would like to keep him as my Dr...however after waiting 11 months for my lenses and no help in sight (so to speak). I've lost out $150 for lenses but I got the frames that were under warranty. The office staff hasn't contacted me on any updates. Very disappointing.

Fantastic staff and Doctor

I had an amazing experience. The ladies up front were so nice and helpful. I will definitely be going back there again.

Drove all the way to check on a pair of glasses we ordered, arrived at 5pm. Both Google and their phone service indicate they're open til 5:30 We arrive, door is closed but blonde desk lady is there and completely ignores us even when we knock on the door, we call and they don't answer. Time and gas wasted on this visit. Very rude, even if they are not able to help us she should've opened the door and explain why is it closed.
