Interrupted me constantly and did not address my concerns at all. Rushed through the visit. What a waste of my time.

From the first appointment to the last this was the worst provider I've ever had. 1st appointment: she's not there needs to reschedule, didn't let me know until I drove there and took time off work. Then, she forgets to fill my perception and took 10 days to finally fill it. When I got to the pharmacy they didn't want to fill it because "it didn't make any sense" Second appointment: Same thing, not there need to reschedule after I drove there and took time off of work. Rescheduled appointment demands blood work. I go to get the labs, she forgot to order the labs. Had to wait until she got out of an appointment to have her order them on the spot, again costing me more time from work. 3rd appointment: I opted for a virtual visit given her track record. She refers me to a specialist, says she will send me a list of doctors and to get an appointment "sooner rather than later". Never sends list. Needless to say I've found a new provider.

Professional , thorough and kind.

Dr. Nutakki has been my primary care physician for roughly 10 years . She has always been caring and thorough in her approach to my needs , listening closely to me and guiding me to specialists when she was not able to fully treat my needs herself. Always working to negotiate through the limitations of my health insurance coverage she routinely guides me through appropriate preventative care and treatments . I have not hesitated to recommend her to friends searching for a new doctor . George

I have been pleased with Dr. Nutakki's care. However, I have had several very difficult times getting responses from her staff. Recently, I tried to get a referral from her staff, they were rude and refused to provide it, saying I didn't need one. They were wrong, both my insurance carrier and the specialist said I did need one. I have now moved to a new primary care Dr. I asked to have her call me, no call.

Had labs done in january. Called many times to get results with no call back. I finally found out you can go on the lab corp portal and see your results. I was found to have abnormal lab results so called the office on Monday, they would call the lab and get the results and I would get a callback. Today is Friday and I have not heard anything. I will make myself an appt with a endocrinologist and find a new Pcp who cares!

I recently called to request a prescription to get me through a couple of weeks since my mail order provider changed and all prescriptions needed a new approval. I left several messages (one 4 days ago and then again 2 days ago) at Dr. Nutakki's office and never received a call back. I finally talked with a live person today and was able to sort it out. However, there was no concern over the fact that I was totally ignored for days. I'm very upset about the lack of care.

Dr. NUTAKKI IS VERY THOROUGH AND SEEMS TO GENUINELY CARE ABOUT HER PATIENTS.

Read the low star reviews. I had the exact same experience my first visit a year ago and my second visit this year. I did discuss how she made me feel with her before I left her office. I was in tears, but let her know how I felt. I found another doc....

I have been Dr. Nutakki's patient for several years and now my son and husband see her, too. We all like her very much. She takes time to carefully explain things and answers all questions without making you feel hurried. She is gentle and kind, but also direct. Her MA and front desk person were the same for years and they were good. I have only seen the new MA and front desk person once, so I have no opinion to share yet. She gives me a printed synopsis after each visit, which is great!
