After my Mom fell down stairs and suffered a terrible injury with 2 broken legs, my Family was faced with a very difficult situation and I was overwhelmed by all of the steps and logistics to find a safe place for to her to live with the care she needed. And then I was connected with Dustin Baker, who was literally an Angel sent from God. Dustin helped me figure out and sort through every detail from finding the best facility, to ordering needed medical equipment, coordinating the move, and then continuing to be there for me and my Family. Dustin clearly understands the process (one that I knew absolutely nothing about), he’s well connected in the area, he is professional, knows people, is incredibly responsive, resourceful, and above all - he understood the stress and the emotion that me and my Family were dealing with. Words cannot express how grateful I am to have been connected with Dustin and Assisted Living Coordinators. I never knew such a role / profession existed, and I will forever be grateful for everything he did. If you’re in need of this service, or on the hunt….. look NO further! Dustin is the best.

Before we met Kelly we were working with another company. That company sent a list of homes and never offered to show us properties. Our frustration led us to Kelly through a referral. Kelly made the process to move my mother-in-law to a group home easy as possible. She showed us over 6 homes and pointed out the pros and cons of each home that would affect my mother-in-law. Her knowledge and patience were best in class. After over 3 months we contacted Kelly to learn about hospice. Once again Kelly gave us suggestions and helped us with choosing a hospice program. Kelly and Assisted Living Locators are truly best in class!

Accolades to Kelly. Kelly worked so hard for my brother and I in our urgent quest to find a suitable and affordable home for our dad. We’re thrilled with the outcome. We ran into some roadblocks along the way, but Kelly never gave up. She kept me feeling positive even during times when I wanted to scream or cry or hit my head against a wall. Read my post so you are aware for yourself. I am not happy with how I was treated by kelly at Assisted Living Locators. She was friendly upon our first meeting and she suggested a few places, which helped as I knew nothing at the time. But she was not available to go with me to half of them because she double booked. (I was ok with that as I didn't mind going alone.) She seemed to push for a certain memory facility for my father, that was in Scottsdale (an hour from our house) and way more expensive than all the other facilitates. She spoke about how great they are and how she visits an old client (resident) often. This made her sound caring and the place inviting. She couldn't go with me to check it out, but encouraged greatly to do so. I was in a desperate, vulnerable situation and was trusting those who worked in this field. When I decided on that place for my father, we spoke only for a minute and that was the last time I heard from her. I saw her a total of 2-3 hrs through it all. She didn't come to the signing or anything! No follow up...nothing! But it was at the signing that I found out locators are like realtors, they are paid a hefty check (first months rent) for finding a place that they have an agreement with. Of course, she had an agreement with this place and my dad's first months payment of $8000 went to her. For the first 6 months I spent almost everyday visiting my dad and never once saw her there. I was bamboozled and she made $2,666+/hr off of me.

I am so fortunate that I was referred to Dustin at Assisted Living Locators to find a place to stay. After several surgeries I needed a place and Dustin came through. This is a five star review. Thank you Dustin.

Dustin and his team are the best of the best! If you are looking for senior living of any kind I highly recommend you give him a call. His professionalism combined with his tremendous knowledge of the industry has made Assisted Living Locators-East Valley my go-to company.
